Welcome back!
Yes, it's not KSP.
In this months long hiatus, I've decided to refresh most of my stuff. Patreon, twitter, everything art, etc, including the channel composition.
From now on I'm making a conscious effort to only upload a KSP video after a non-KSP one.
So next up is KSP. Then it isn't. Then it is. And so on. Unless not.
But guess what, you can get ksp vids too, because I'm uploading batches of my old videos onto vid.me every week! I wanted to get a hold of that sweet vidme real estate in case UA-cam flattens under the advertisers buttocks!

This reminds me of one game where you'd go around a barrier at a T junction and drive past a gas station at another T junction, you could find train tracks, small roads, it was really cool.

peter clarkson Had a look, definately not that, It had a "Switch cars" mode, when you hit another driver you'd switch cars, if that rings any bells.

I was a tester for this "game". Fun fact: you are all playing the debug version. There was no vanilla. They tried but removing the debug menu from the game caused it to crash horribly, on all platforms so they just disabled the debug menu and shipped it. But as we were testing the "shipped / vanilla / straight from the case" version, during an online race, one player fell through the map and got teleported to the debug garage menu. You couldn't see any option or setting but he was still in the debug garage.
Fun fac2: one (if not all) of the game's DLCs were fucking stupid. Italian Car pack for example, contained the Ford GT and an Aston Martin. These pesky italians with their exotic American and British supercars...

I have no clue why the outside of the map is still solid to ride on. (Most of the outside map is anyway.)
Like it's meant to be glitched for some reason.
They probably aren't doing the solidity based on a map of any sort, but possibly a physics engine of some type? It would explain why the map gets less solid as you get further away, as the devs are putting less and less detail in.
EDIT: It would also explain why the car just started floating in the end, as the physics engine likely didn't have enough to even make inaccurate calculations.

Hey Danny, I'm really curious, what do you use for editing? Because whatever it is, it's beautiful and a great investment. Love your videos and have been loving them for years, keep up the great effort! You are up there with the greats in youtube gaming.
One more thing to add, I don't mind if you quit KSP videos. Sure, I love them, but I'd prefer it if you did whatever you find fun and interesting. And if that means stopping KSP videos, then I'm fine with that. Just do what you find fun.
