Hello! I been playing piano for a few years (self taught) tho a continues problem for me is that my right wrist starts to hurt after a few minutes. is there any good recommendation on how to relax your wrist / hand while playing piano?

Would you say the main point to read sheet music is to commit the song to memory, to guide you through the song partially, or to fully rely upon?
How often should we practice after each lesson? Should we be practicing each lesson for a full week before moving on to next one? I bought the course, but I'm not sure how to structure a practice schedule. Thank you!
Until you feel you’ve grasped what’s taught in each lesson, playing the music at a similar pace as I demonstrate. It’s something you need to judge for yourself. The music taught gradually becomes more advanced as you go through the course, so you’ll find you spend more time on a lesson than others before you move on. Hope this helps!

I am highly interested in your course. I really need help with reading music and being faster with playing along with sheet music. I also want to be able to look at sheet music and see what chord is being constructed out of the notes displayed on each piano sheet bar. I want to be able to understand music theory as a whole a lot better and possibly have the knowledge to construct a song of my own. Will this course supply this?
P.S I understand how to read piano notes and am fairly familiar with constructing piano chords. It’s the sheet music and theory that I need a refresher on.

Your website states the lessons/videos are there for a year. Can you download or do you have to purchase again once the year expires?
The videos cannot be downloaded, but the pdf lesson files can be.
It’s a one year access to the video learning content, so would need to be repurchased if after you still needed access after one year (much like a subscription). It can also be purchased in two halves.

I want to learn piano from you..
I play clarinet and know how to read music, key signatures, notations, tetrachords, scales, arpeggios, count rhythms, etc. I am new to the bass clef and piano. Looking through the titles of your course lessons, it seems that much of it is theory with which I'm familiar. Would I still get a lot out of your course?
