Following a confrontation with Miss Delight, Catnap concedes defeat. Disappointed by Catnap's failure, the Smiling Critters abandon him, turning to Miss Delight as their new leader. Unbeknownst to them, Miss Delight harbors sinister intentions toward the Smiling Critters. Can Catnap rescue them before it's too late?

Poppy Playtime is a horror video game where the player plays as an unnamed former employee of Playtime Co. who returns to the abandoned toy factory of said company after receiving a letter from the staff who were thought to have disappeared 10 years ago. The player discovers that the factory is filled with toys that are alive and malicious towards them and starts looking for a way to escape the premises.
Chapter 3: "Deep Sleep" is the third installment of the indie franchise: Poppy Playtime.
Following the Train crash which took place during Chapter 2: "Fly in a Web", the monstrous new antagonist CatNap makes attempts at killing the player through a trash compactor before the player fortunately escapes. Alongside a new character, Ollie, our player is tasked to restore power to Playcare and the Gas Production Zone to bring an end to CatNap's reign of terror. However, there are new characters in Playcare who have been tasked by CatNap and The Prototype to track down and capture the player.
