Tapping with your finger tips is the best, especially when it makes a little sticky finger sound, I believe it helps when the object is hollow to. Adding a scratch at the end of every tap is great to, of course all done gently and slowly.
Putting your hands over the openings of the toilet paper roll gives the tapping a hallow sound that sounds like rain on a window and its OH SO NICE! :)

For the cardboard roll I actually loved it when you were holding it in your hand and just shifting it around. Like the cardboard against your skin. The tapping and scratching you've done so many times. Try rubbing other materials against your hands. It gives me goosebumps!

The tapping was wonderful, but my biggest trigger was the scratching or buffing sounds. If you would consider making a video of scratching or buffing, that would be AMAZING! My office space is cubicles, and when the housekeeper dusts the metal edging by sliding a rough cloth along them it is a MASSIVE trigger. :)
I loved your brain tingles one with when you wash your hands! That was awesome I always use it to fall asleep and it works within 12 or so minutes.. (:
