The best thing about the baron at 13:23 was that he was one game away from rank 1 and this baron turned a relatively easy win into a like 40 minute game
From just what I sae in clip, it was basically a bad play from the beginning. You can only see one champ from the enemy team on bottom and ADC supp defending the tower, jg couldn't get smite up in time, literally no vision around baron. Funny how after all that he just tilt and ff.
not just that, he hits lvl 3 and sits there without leveling up Q. You don't necessarily need Q at lvl 2 since you usually dont brawl it out and early game knowledge about the enemy jungler can go a long way.... but after seeing the clip i doubt he's high elo enough to think that far lol

To the ones wondering how Riot will make sure that they will actually go to Korea. Option 1 - They file some sort of contract that says that if they are not in Korea by x date, the money should be refunded. Option 2 - They buy them tickets to Korea and once they've arrived they give them some extra cash plus a ticked back home. Option 3 - They just give the money and if the person does not go to Korea, they simply don't give them anymore, they can afford it, multibillion dollars company...
