If you create a site for a client just factor $45 or whatever plan you use into the cost. for example if you bill $50/hr and it takes you 10 hours to build their website you would charge $500 for that site. if you wanted the client to cover the cost then just up your billing to $54.5/hr and after 10 hrs the client covered the cost of the plan. you dont just tell the customer "im adding additional fees that you'll have to pay for me to be able to build websites, have fun paying my membership every month for me"
