Wow, people lost it over raw milk!? That’s insane. Three years later and it’s all trendy now. 🤣 We are so grateful to have access to raw milk too. 🐄 🥛
I’m sooo sorry you get hate! I want you to share more of your opinions! I love it! But totally understand! I was 23 with my first and I can tell you nothing has changed. I knew everything going in but since it was our first my husbands fear became mine. I went 41 weeks and my water broke but I didn’t have contractions. So we went in and right away they pushed antibiotics and pitocin. They tried to talk me into an epidural but that I was a hard pass and told them I medically can’t have one because of my back injury. They still brought an anesthesiologist to come tell me I could have one. 🙄 this time I’ll be at a birth center with my midwife!

Along with a midwife during the prenatal time but I'd also recommend a chiropractor that can handle prenatal adjustments. They can help get baby in a better position! I've had only 1 home birth and it was a daddy assisted home birth, daddy was the one that delivered her. My fastest and best labor, birth, and recovery ever. 2&1/2 hour labor! Last delivery was in a hospital and it was the worst labor and birth that I've had. I've even had a c section with my second set of twins and that was even a better experience at the hospital than my last birth. Lord willing I'll have daddy assisted home births for any other births. I love birth stories!
So now I am you're fan! Exactly because of the raw milk and the homebirth. Be fearlessly yourself. That' s how you inspire the people who are meant to listen to you, just talk to us. Ignore the others, they won't be touched by you anyway, it's not your business. Much love and gratitude.

I appreciated you telling all of these stories! I am pregnant with my second baby and my first pregnancy and birth was similar to yours. I had done some research, I hired midwives, but I still didn’t know anything about standing up for myself and not getting walked all over. I am planning a homebirth this time so I ordered the Bradley method book, thank you! I am actually excited to give birth again, without an epidural this time and without the hectic mess of the hospital.
