If someone is struggling like it is not crispy (i.e.soft ). Please try to make the dough tight . It is soft because you made the dough more suitable for poori, make it tight.
अगर आपके स्नैक्स नरम बन रहे है , और आपको करारे करारे चाहिए तो आप आटे को थोड़ा सा पानी का उपयोग कर के बनाए, मतलब की वो पूरी बनाने के आटे से टाइट होना चाहिए। फिर सब अच्छा बनेगा।
