Oh my that stuck shed is very bad! I recomend watching snake discovery's stuck shed video, keep the humidity at 50%-60% or 55%-65% in the enclosure (use a humidity probe on each side of the enclosure to test this as stick on one's are not accurate) , obviously after the ri is sorted out if it hasn't been yet! I also recommend a humid hide, fill it up with moist moss but ensure that when you squeeze the moss no water comes out. An ri can also be caused by an unclean enviroment so try to get some springtails and woodlice/isopods to make sure it stays clean!
I hope you make sure you double check all of your royal python care and that the little guy gets better soon.
Also he may not be eating if he has stuck shed on his eyes and if you are offering more than once a week!

He's completely fine at this point, shed also came off all the way! :) thank you so much for your advice, i wish i could've given him a humid hide but the vet recommended to remove it until after treatment and limit humidity generally, hence his stuck shed... But he is now perfectly healthy and i will post his update shortly 😊

your snake looks very very sick. you need to find a really good vet that specializes in reptiles and snakes. my snakes also got really sick and 8 of them died. i went to two different vets and they did not give me the right antibiotics so my snakes kept getting worst. the cage you have your snake in is horrible for a ball python. it doesn't hold humidity well at all, i can tell because of the shedding issues and because the top is all open. also snakes need a cage that is completely dark on all sides and your cage is clear glass. you need to get a pvc enclosure or a pvc rack with a small dark tub. you also have to make sure you have a good heat tape on the bottom of your cage for belly heat and you need to have it connected to a good thermostat like a herpstat 1 and you need to keep the temperature inside the bottom of the cage at 90 degrees Fahrenheit so you will have to set your thermostat a little higher around 94 degrees so the inside of the cage is 90 degrees. and don't feed your snake anything for a few months. feeding him makes it worst. it makes the bacteria multiply a lot more and it makes it harder for him to breathe so don't feed him at all. you also need to have a heater in your room and you need to keep the ambient temperature at 80 degrees fahrenheit at all times and i recommend you keep your ambient temperature at 90 degrees until he recovers.

I moved him into this enclosure temporarily as i have to keep him 100% dry (except for the water dish of course) until his treatment is complete. The top is not open, it's a glas lid! And he has a heat mat under the left side of the enclosure to make sure he gets all the warmth he needs! He won't be like this permanently but i was told by both vets i went to that no moisture is allowed at all because the bacteria survives only in moist environments and we obviously don't want that!
Also about the feeding- he will die if i dont. He is extremely underweight and cannot lose any more weight because it will kill him... Unfortunately :(

@@KioWatanabe well i have a female that was pretty big when she got sick and she didn't eat for 1 year and she recovered from her infection and she lost a lot of weight she is really skinny right now but she survived and some of my other snakes that ate when they were sick ended up dying because feeding them makes the infection worst. if you find a really good vet he can give you the proper antibiotics and your snake can get better right away in 2 or 3 weeks and then you can feed him. but i highly recommend that you feed him the smallest mice or rat you can give him whenever you do feed him. don't give him a big meal, give him something just barely big enough to give him a little bit of nutrition and only feed him every 2 or 3 weeks until he recovers.
