Nah man you'll get fined if you skate down a really crowded main street but if there's noone around the cops typically don't care. I believe it's technically illegal but its rarely enforced.

Lomo con queso (pork loin with cheese) is among the most typical sandwiches in Spain. Gres is stoneware in Spanish, which is probably the material which those ledges are made of. So I guess the name of the video (lomo con greso) is a joke because these guys live on these sandwiches and they also probably eat a lot of gres ledge during this part.
