- After an eventful visit to the park in August 2014, we take a trip back to Fantasy Island, a large amusement park located in Ingoldmells, close to Skegness. Home to a fantastic selection of thrilling and family rides including 2 large Vekoma roller coasters, plenty of flat rides and much more. Join us as we have a fantastic summer day out along with enjoying the parks brilliant selection of rides.

All the parks you've been to over the past week or so, like flamingo land, light water valley and here are actually very good parks just underrated
I have been going their since k was a kid and still am i have been doing the extream rides their since age 10 and now 17 . I live this park and dont want it to close down

Yes I have been waiting to see this theme park again!
I went on Millennium when I was about 10. First inverting coaster I ever went on. I was so scared to go on, My Dad pretty much had to drag me on because I wanted to but was so scared. In the end I absolutely loved it and kept wanting to go on it. Fantasy Island brings back so many childhood memories 😃

Saw you at Thorpe Park today, had a VIP tour so had to move past quickly. It was a great day, with little bit of blissful sun.
Just got back from Skegness the volcano was incredible

You have to be 12 to go on a freaking drop tower.

When I was 7 I came on holiday here and said I could never go on any of these extreme rides. 14 years later from then I returned and conquered these rides

I got on EVERYTHING, it was amazing, I wasn't too keen on Oddysey, cuz my head kept hitting the sides of the seat so I got a bad headache, but I went on Millennium 4 times!

That balloon ride, btw is very similar to the one in Legoland Windsor
I’m revisiting this and most childhoods are Minecraft UA-camrs but that’s not the case for me you guys are my childhood I used to love you going theme parks and I loved even more when you went fantasy island it’s my local park Thanks for making my childhood the best

I think I've found the secret of fantasy island.
On the outside it looks like a row of houses but when you go on the ride and you go inside the "houses" it's a cave with loads of statues and singing flowers
volcano is amazing, shame it only goes 4 times but you get a good view of the sea and caravans

I rode Oddessy a while back and it was way too rough for me. I’ll give it another try next time I’m there but I hated the last ride I had on it.

Up to your usual high standard Shawn! Went today. Thoughts:
Like you I was disappointed on first visit 3 years ago (rides not running); thankfully no such problems this time. Managed to bag a dozen goes on Big 2 plus nearly everything else in this vlog, with only Fantasy Mouse closed for maintenance (no great loss). Good value for essentially a glorified holiday camp ;)
Jubilee Odyssey certainly living up to its rep; gorgeous views, terrific first drop (height/sustained speed what I value most in UK), and forceful g's on the inversions. Class ride. However....
... did you find it ran better in the morning? Would've stayed past 5pm, but for last two circuits whacking my head so much I became nauseous and had to call it a day. Now am torn on whether this or Kumali is UK's best SLC (latter smoother on average, tho slightly less thrilling imo). Which gets your vote, Shawn?
As for Millennium... oldskool style Vekoma at its finest. Nothing but good!

Oddysys black and yellow now some year ago when it was red. Fantasy island just needs a couple more decent rides

I had a problem with fantasy island when I was last there. There was a group of people queue jumping and not one member of staff did anything. When i told a member of staff that they were queue jumping they just said that they would hopefully leave soon. The group had no consequences for queue jumping.

Hi yes it does look good and I am going in 8 weeks and I am 51 and I will be going on it with my grandson and daughter lol I might be old but I just love all the funfair rides no matter how extreme lol enjoy your holiday Georgia
I agree it is fantastic and I have just got back from a weeks holiday there in butlins and I had a go on the g force and loved it and its the first time I have been on it and I am in my fifty`s but love the ride with my kids and grand kids I hope it stays as I am going again next year and at the end of the month

I went to Fantasy Island last week, Quite a disappointment actually seeing as only two of the extreme rides were open and queue's were huge. Luckily they dropped the price of the wrist bands, but still wasn't worth it.
