W7FG True Ladderline and Doublet Construction

A quick overview of the original W7FG, True Ladderline feedline and doublet. Polyethylene, UV-resistant tubing, PVC-coated, 16AWG. copper wire. This will answer basic info on the W7FG feedline and doublet.

Nice!.......and short. Glad to see an additional way to install the dipole. And using a continuous length of wire for the antenna and feed line seems nice and simple!

If pulleys in trees is a problem, then instead of dacron to the antenna end, use some weed-cutter line. Make it long enough to extend beyond the supporting branches, then attach your dacron. The sway of the trees works only on the weed-cutter line and it will last for quite a few years.
