What the hell is this. Apdina 98% of the students got above 600 among 1563 students. Epdi idhu possible. After removing grace marks for some and after re exam. Those who wrote re exam didn't touch books for 40 days and within 15 days revision they got above 600...!!!?? Idhellam nambura maariya irku.. lost hope on NTA, Supreme court, CBI, everything. Sir, I guess you misunderstood the word solitary person. The meaning is different. It means exam cannot be conducted for one person (the petitioner). After reading 2 to 3 times, I came to know that this is the meaning. English is a funny language which plays with just 26 letters. 😅
How will re evaluation solve paper leak problem and rank inflation ? The problem isn't with the results or the omr , the problem is because of copycats
A couple of points to consider, this year droppers percentage is high. As we don't have a cap on number of attempts, these droppers are writing exam for the last 5 -3 years. They all have scored well. Syllabus was reduced a bit. Compitition has increased. CBI is investigating for mass leak. That will take time. So, what evidence they will present in the court is still not clear.
It's not about high scorers and low scorers, its actually about the paper leak and other malpractices!! How could you justify this case by re-evaluation? Question paper leaked they got the correct answers to mark in omr sheet, if re evaluation happens the cheaters will absolutely remain the same and definitely there is no change in results also. So, Re evaluation doesn't make any sense!!!

The petitioner had asked for a re-test again. omr was swapped . The student was one of those 1500 students who appeared for reneet. For this the court replied your chance got over and we will not conduct neet just for you.

News headline ahh matum vachi student ahh miss lead panadhinga. Then students you have to understand why case are postponed to july 8. The judges are vacation bench judges they can't make such big decision. Vacation holidays end on July 7. So case held at july 8. And question paper leak is a big issue judges definitely make a re test. Yes so many genuine students are there. But think how such masive jump in cutoff. There is a question paper leak in Tamilnadu too. If retest happens a genuine student can score near to there previous mark but a culprit can't. So many told that, two months gone, so many geniune students are there so re neet will not happens but in 2015 only for 44 students answer key leak, exam is reconducted for 7 lakh students. So genuine students sit and study. We can handle this mental pressure😊

Instead of conducting NEET Exam for all students or Counseling based on the current NEET result, if the state councelling is conducted based on the current NEET exam result and another exam is conducted for central universities like AIIMS and Jipmer, wouldn't it be fair to both sections? If that is done then the students who are below the cutoff mark will get a second chance and also there will be no problem of unqualified students getting to the central universities.
