Hey Matt, yeah I realised after some Googling that it defo wasn’t my mums idea haha. Loads of great DIY wands out there. But certainly the idea came to me from her 😂 on the Vegan side of things, I went Vegan/Plant-based for my diet back in Sept 2021 and it has been great. I’ve felt strong, healthy and most importantly I’ve been loving the sense of exploration with food. Whenever I got to a restaurant now I have to pick from the Vegan menu and sometimes things sound pretty yucky but they have always turned out to be delicious! I suppose it’s all about finding some good recipes. I think we have like 20 staple meals that we rotate through each week, from Ramen, lentil & chickpea curry’s, mushroom risotto, homemade ‘burgers’, Harrisa pasta, Buddha bowls, and the list goes on. How long have you been doing it and how are you finding it?

I've never cooked such a wide range of dishes before, with all of them being fresh, delicious and full of healthy foods. I've been using Pinterest for recipe ideas at my brother's recommendation, and I've found some really good ones. Jaimacan rice & peas is a particular fave, but also tex-mex style wraps and rice with beans. I thought it'd be really hard to make the transition but it's easier than ever! Supermarkets have so many vegan options, and even fast food places (McPlant burger :D ) have tasty plant alternatives (I agree about vegan options at restauraunts not sounding tasty, but end up being really delicious! It's an interesting limitation to go out and only be able to choose 1-2 items) Super happy to hear it's done well for your diet and wellbeing. Hope everything else is good in your life!
Cute cat, always +1. But, can you make sure the volume is a bit higher next time? If not, the switch to other videos and annoying commercials makes my ears hurt.
