I’m 72 yrs.old , male . …never cared for basketball until I saw this young lady. She is awesome, smart, classy, and Christian . Very impressive hardworking girl. She has brought me into watching women’s basketball!
I'm a 68 year old guy in watching Connecticut women's basketball for the last 15 years Paige has been one of the most effective basketball players she's Christian you know she talks to God 4 + 14 kinetic has had the women's and Men's Basketball Championships no 24 they should do it again
Paige is the player that got me started watching women's basketball (when she was a sophomore in high school). She is great but also seems to be fragile. My fingers are crossed for this season, but I fear that she has now lost a year of player development and it may show up in her game. Nika on the other hand, had a great year of player development and should likely hold onto the point guard position on a team rich with guards. With Paige and Azzi as shooting guards, Aubrey coming in as a slasher, and Nika at point, they will be awesome. UCONN will win big time if another talented, big forward emerges to join Aaliyah in the post. Fingers crossed, Go Huskies!
I doubt that. PB is the best point guard they have..What will help is the number of players they have now which they can play OLD uconn BB which means pressuring other teams by bring in fresh players in and out..
Isn't she terrific? Two of the nicest people who have touched my life are Paige Bueckers and Angelina Jordan. Oh, btw, one is a basketball player and the other is a singer. They excel in the craft they have chosen and are wonderful human beings in every other way, as well. I would love one day for both of them to meet one another. I get chills just thinking about it. I predict it will happen. If you haven't discovered Angelina yet, give her a listen and find out who she is as a person. How well does she sing? The only analogy that comes close is watching Paige play basketball.
A great basketball player, of course. And she is so much more, a wonderful, bright, thoughtful person who is someone anyone would love to call her their friend. How much does she have to offer in an interview like this? It could have lasted for an hour and we would have said, "Oh, it's over already? And, "We love you, Paige!"
Come on now, everyone who has paid any attention to UConn women's bb is holding their collective breath hoping Bueckers is truly stronger in her body, and securely recovered from injury.
@@onestgermain Time will tell but she looks like she added a lot of body mass compared to last year. Definitely has spent time in the weight room I would love to see a whole year of Azzi and Paige playing together.
It's obvious that Paige is maturing by her demeanor in these interviews utilizing less hip lingo and more articulate, hopefully an aspect of her educations influence.
2023-24 level of success will depend almost entirely on injury status throughput the team. That said, it would be a mistake to blame the disastrous, humiliating performance vs. Ohio State on injuries.
Glengrinter if you look at her now in this interview you can see how much bigger she has gotten since the beginning of last year and the injury. She definitely has spent time in the weight room. Time will tell but she looks great as far as how much mass she has added to her frame.
I love watching Paige and wish her all the best. Sometimes things happen for no reason. We can all learn from the hard experiences but it doesn’t mean you were selected for pain or injury. We all have agency. Control what you can and do the best when life hands you lemons. 🍋🍋🍋🏀🏀🏀
Uconn wins it all if Paige stays healthy van lith won't save lsu they were lucky too beat iowa worst officiating game in college history 37 fouls and frame up call on Clark joke.
She will always be injury prone her bone structure and muscle strength will not allow her to stand up to the rigors of the game especially at the WNBA level she needs the body of a Marine Johannes
You got a lot to prove, Paige! Tiktok dances over! Every move you make, it will be scrutinized! Hope you worked on those 3 pointers! KK might give Nika a run for her money! Ezzy, tbh, had a mediocre year, and that's being gracious... "Just not cleared for 5 on 5 yet..." Right then... "Not put pressure on herself(Azzi)" Pressure comes, when you do not play well! ''We haven't achieved anything yet"... True, unless you win Nationals, all else, is smoke up your butt!
I just love Paige Bueckers. Can't help it.
She is special
I watched some of her highlights this past week and it reminded my how great she is. Other worldly.
My favorite women's basketball player EVER!!! Can't wait to see P Buckets on the floor again, counting it down!!!!
Thank you Storrs Central. Much appreciated. Love you Paige.
"UCONN backcourt of Bueckers & Fudd is still the BEST in the country IF both can play a full season."

Sad that you've waited so long to watch women's college basketball. You've missed out on FAR better players.

Let's also hope Coach doesn't play her 40 minutes every game where the game is already won, like when she got her first knee injury.

UConn not ready for LSU ...and I'm born and raised in Connecticut
what part of LSU makes Uconn not ready for them?
@@feliciaroussel7136 EVERY part of LSU is READY!
LSU has to prove they are ready also. There is only 1 basketball. Who is going to sacrifice their offense to make it work?
