- Breitbart politics editor Emma-Jo Morris says former president Donald Trump’s message could be “resonating” with New York voters ahead of the upcoming presidential election.
Hundreds of people were filmed cheering “we love Trump” in Manhattan as the former president shook people’s hands.
Ms Morris said he is campaigning while people are experiencing the “utter destruction” of their blue cities due to the migrant crisis.
“He is going around campaigning and he is campaigning in Harlem, and he is campaigning in the outer burrows, and he is campaigning on construction sites,” she told Sky News host James Morrow.
“I am hearing that he is going to be campaigning at Madison Square Garden.”
