Not to be a hater, but buying a house by the ocean is such a bad idea. Since it’s so close to the water, everything (including the inside) gets damaged 2 or 3 times faster. Just look at those windows already. They’re permanently stained from all the salty moisture. Yes, I know she has all the money in the world to fix or replace things, but it would still be a hassle to have your house look like that.

I get that this is a distraction for many, escapism etc, heck I grew up watching this, but it no longer seems fun or entertaining like it used to but rather a bleak reminder about the astronomical wealth disparities between the elite and the rest of the population and how much worse it's gotten lately. I still think Kim over paid this home at 70m.. Eventhough its 3 acre but flat area is like 1.5.. And its at western end of Malibu like the 3rd best part of beach accessible PCH.. Its not like paradise cove where jay z & bey now owns.. Should be around 50-60m imo 👍
I agree, I feel like she was cheated for $70million, the rest of the homes in that same location only range about $20million, much more fabulous and modern style homes with the same views as she's getting, and plus her home was quite old and needed renovating, I wouldn't pay 70million and then another 3million for renovations, thats so wasteful, I feel like Kim was cheated with that insane amount of $70million
