At first, music gave me peace. But, at one point, the piano notes became too loud and high and ended up disturbing my sleep! It was horrible ! In the middle of the night, it ruined my sleep! So misleading and so frustrating! It gave me migraines! Never again!
Absolutely NO relief from insomnia!
Fortunately, I prayed in Jesus' Name and exercised my faith for a long time. Then I prepared Holy Communion (despite my headache) and prayed with my daughter and that was it finally.
But I never want to have that experience again because it was very painful.
You should offer music with muted or *lower piano notes...* but those high notes are torture when you're trying to sleep!!! Awful! Never again !
Au début, la musique m'a donné la paix. Mais, à un moment, les notes de piano sont devenues trop fortes et ont fini par perturber mon sommeil ! C'était horrible ! Au milieu de la nuit, ça m'a gâché le sommeil ! Tellement trompeur et tellement frustrant ! Ça m'a donné des migraines ! Plus jamais!
Absolument AUCUN soulagement de l'insomnie !
Heureusement, j'ai prié au Nom de Jésus et j'ai exercé ma foi un long moment. Ensuite j'ai préparé la sainte cène (malgré la migraine) et prié avec ma fille et là c'est enfin passé.
Mais je ne veux plus jamais revivre cette expérience parce que ça a été très pénible.
Vous devriez proposer des musiques avec des notes de piano sourdes ou plus graves.. mais ces notes aigues sont une torture quand on essaye de dormir!!! Affreux!
