I absolutely love my Razer Pro 17 with the i7 10875H 8 core CPU, RTX 2070 MaxQ, 300hz screen, 16 gigs of RAM, and a combined 1.5tb of NVME storage. It's a bit huge in terms of portability, but still small for a 17inch laptop. Plus I just picked up a Samsung Galaxy Book Alpha on sale for the times I want ultra portability. That's surprisingly good as well.

If I may, I think it would be better to plug your speakers into your interface. Since your speakers don't have a TRS input, you'll have to go with unbalanced cables like 1/4 inch to RCA so that you get better audio quality from your speakers. You'll be able to use that big monitor knob to control your volume and you would be able to get rid of the 3.5mm cable which makes it one less cable to plug in and out

I got this laptop a month ago - it's legit, amazing, powerful. Only gets hot when you're playing heavy intense games like Forza Horizon 4, but I dont really game that much but I wanted something capabale that would be good for creative editing too. For the same price as a Macbook Air you get this hunk of a beast. Just make sure you get a cooling pad to avoid problems.
My next step is to get the same space and desktop as Andres

I have the Razer Blade 15 2020 Base with the i7-10750H and the GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q. I changed the momory to 64 GB of ram and put one 2 TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 NVMe in it. In that model you can add a second one, what i want to do. As operating system I use Pop OS! 20.04 LTS, you can also use Ubuntu 20.04 or other distributions. I was allways happy with Ubuntu, but Pop OS! from System76 looks a bit nicer and have the newer software and kernel.
There 2 parts that I found not so good, that is on the Advanced Model a little better: the fans are to often in action and the second one is the battery. But in both cases, if it is important, you must take a notebook without a special graphicschip. So you must happy with a Intel UHD or an AMD Vega.

smol storage is now the standard for gaming laptop, especially if its NVME but it should be like that. But with Warzone, you can't complaint much since that game alone is too freaking big ffs a lil under 100gb is enough but Infitiny Ward said "Nope."

Premiere pro can encode with gpu specifically nvenc encoder, you just need to change your settings to hardware encoder

@Andres Vidoza I would highly suggest taking a look at the Razer Basilisk. It is both amazing for gaming but is also ergonomic and more comfortable to hold than the viper, making it also well suited for work

Can you keep it closed while you game on your external monitor without it overheating or causing issues? I want to set something like this myself but prefer the laptop be closed tucked away somewhere or docked on a vertical stand of some type.

Hey man. So I've got the razorblade 2020 model, which I got towards the end of last year. the reasoning being it was so that it could become my portable workstation, as I am an architecture student, and will need to use it on the go, (however I also have an I pad pro 11 inch for powerful but much more portable use during commutes)
the important specs for the razor includes
- intel 6 core i7, 10th gen
- NVidia gtx2070
- 32 gigs of ram
- 144 htz monitor screen
since its a base model 15, it has the standard build with the improvements made to the keyboard you mentioned.
I am an architecture student so I will need these specs to work between applications like photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, and 3d modelling software such as rhino 6/7, and SketchUp. On top of that I need my browsers to handle MULTIPLE tabs open and running at the same time. So the ram really helps in aiding that for the time being, especially the 6 core processer for highspeed work flow. and the NVidia really helps with rendering and over all graphical clarity.
I've also got the good ol Logitech mx master 3 mouse too. ITS AMAZING OMG
I will soon be getting a gigabyte 27 inch 170 htz KVM monitor (M27Q) to increase my workflow further.
So for now I've got really good hard ware for a student, but its actually almost just decent for an architecture student. after all I'm in fact missing a dedicated photography / camera gear so I'm just using my iPad pro camera atm.
please let me know what you think of this. You know quite well what is needed for design it seems, so let me know what kind of upgrades I may need in the future.

Hey just a tip, can you turn down the db on your vocals a bit otherwise, like in this video, you experience some clipping. Other than that, love your videos man, keep up the amazing work.

It's basically a super powerful, yet small and lightweight 3 in 1 device.
I'll replace my dektop PC, laptop and tablet with it. Even though it's quite expensive at the moment, it can save a lot of money, when it allows to replace all those devices and also has not such a bad impact on the environment. I'm sure that concept has a bright future.
