Auto Beam Rotator for Robotic and Manual I-Beam Welding
Application
It is used for rotating heavy I beam structure to achieve different positions using a control system, avoiding using of crane, which is time consuming and risky. With different position welder or a robot can easily reach the welding area.
Working principle
The I- beam will be placed on the machine and locked using hydraulic cylinder, after that it can be rotated and any position with the help of a remote.
