I’ve flown on 2 ERJ 145s. One from Chicago to Fort Wayne and one vice versa. Though that was July/August of 2014 and I haven’t flown on one since. I love these little planes, their unique seating arrangement, their tail configuration, and their weird shaped noses makes them charming.
I rode on the American Eagle twice today to reach Green Bay! The first one was from Nashville to Chicago. The second one was from Chicago to Green Bay!
You *never cease to amaze me on every vlog you make is amazing! Also congratulations on your new baby! I saw in an earlier post your significant other is expecting! Many blessings to you and keep those vids coming!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼✈️✈️✈️🛫🛫🛬🛬🛩🛩
you prolly dont give a shit but if you are stoned like me atm then you can watch pretty much all the latest movies and series on instaflixxer. I've been streaming with my girlfriend these days :)
MileHigh Aviation I love the E145 and CRJ planes (except CRJ200) especially if you sit towards the front. The cabin is really quiet and the planes are really smooth IMO.
Looking at your jetways at JLN,wondering why even bother if they're virtually at ground level, thinking a cheaper option would've been to use those 'Z' shaped ramps I've seen at other airports--the likelihood of say,a 767-300 pulling up won't be happening.I fast-forwarded to the ORD approach, always spectacular being routed over the Loop and the lakefront--flying over the cold, deep water of the lake, thought we might as well continue on to Grand Rapids,if not Detroit! If you could've arrived maybe an hour later,a spectacular sunset with Chicago lights would've been in order. Ground control decided to take you on a grand tour of ORD,taxiing clear past the AE concourse, bringing you by the international terminal, all sorts of airlines--SAS,Aer Lingus,Emirates,BA,Alia Royal Jordanian. Did you cash in any miles for this flight? Good news--have read today that Alaska Airlines is joining the oneworld alliance--perhaps this will make for the perfect excuse to fly to the PNW or even Alaska,to make a 'fact-finding tour'! :) You're a married man with a kid on the way, what is your wife's attitude about her husband flying hither and yon with frequency?
Well, I think the city was pretty much "given" those bridges. If what I've been told in the past is correct, they used to be the old bridges at Springfield-Branson National Airpot (SGF), before they built a new terminal. When SGF was getting rid of them they supposedly told JLN they could have them. So, I imagine there was a cost in getting them the 1 hour down the interstate from SGF to JLN, but otherwise I think they were pretty much free. They are very old, and were definitely not new when the new terminal was built. Also, the weather in Joplin isn't like some places in Florida, California, or Hawaii. Just like where you live, we get major swings in weather through the year. One year, when I worked for American, we had temperature swings though the year from -22F on the coldest day, to 114F on the hottest. That coupled with spring and summer thunderstorms, and fall and winter snow/ice, JLN really isn't a good place to have to board via stairs or a ramp. American actually has one of those Z shaped ramps at JLN, but it's only used for diversions if a bridge isn't available. As for this flight, no. I didn't use any miles of this trip. This one was paid for. I'm was also very happy to hear that Alaska was joining Oneworld. It will be a huge benefit to both American and Alaska. I'm looking forward to flying Alaska more often now! As for my wife. She's okay with it. We've always traveled a lot, and what you don't see in the videos, is that she is with me on a lot of these trips. Obviously the trips that I take simply for the channel, she isn't on. But anytime it's for something else, she's usually with me. I'll admit though. With the baby on the way, I've been flying A LOT to get footage backlogged, and she hasn't been on any of my recent trips. This channel is a huge part of my life now, so she understands the commitment I put into it.
I'll sure see what I can do, but remember. I pay for everything you see on my channel. So, I have to pick and choose what flights I take pretty carefully. Thanks for watching my friend!
Well, as always, I'l see what happens, but I don't have plans to be in Gulfport right now. Remember, everything you see on my channel is paid for out of my own pocket. So, I have to pick and choose what flights I book. Thanks for watching my friend!
Well, I am a pilot. It's just not my profession. I have my private pilots license. I did consider being a professional pilot at one point. It's actually the reason why I have my private pilots license, but I decided to go a different direction. My education background is now in management. Thanks for watching my friend!

Very cool!
Thanks for watching my friend!
They taxi on one engine?
A lot of the time yes. It's pretty common for pilots to taxi on only one engine to save fuel. Thanks for watching my friend!
58:53 when you hit the Centerline Lighting
Great video!

These planes have zero shocks lol
That’s alright. Makes it a little more fun haha. Thanks for watching my friend!
