This was a asmahed like perfomance type game but they are definitely a ton of mistakes they can improve on.But what I noticed about this game is that Atlanta playsd tonight to clinch rhe eight seed. But Sandy Brondello cant go with the same lineup she used Thursday and Sunday. i definitely believe they nee ro be changes and discussion in the lineup for the next game. I recommend several changes rhr first change is not putting Kenndy Burke and Kayla Thornton in the starting lineup for Sunday game. Yes Kayla has improved her gane bur i definitely believe Kennedy Burke will be a non factor for this series and best of the begins on Sunday. Instead give Jayla Sherrod more minutes and Marquesh Davis put them in the starting lineup for thefirst half. For this series they showed they can get fo the free throw line inthe last game versus Atlanta. They need to use a lineup that will cause them to go thr free throw lineo for next gane causing Tina Charles and Davis of the dream to be in foul trouble for the whole entire game. I definitely believe starting Nyra Sabally was Great decision and should continue in for the Sunday game. But definitely you dont want to risk with Sabrina i understand all season she been the starting lineup and always started the first half. The new York liberty needs to bench her and she needs to come if thr bench to play the full fourth quarter. That only if she doesn't shot 53 percent from beyond the arch and the in the paint. For the past two games she hasnt been playing like we used to seeing she tired but shots are not falling. If she doesn't change that she needs to to bench and liberty need to allow their bench. Or other significant players have extra minutes and limit her minutes until things changes. Jonquel Jones need to stay our of foul trouble the next game i recommend ger coming of the Bench for next game. Because the Atlanta first round playbook reads target Jones gets her unto foul trouble will callas that are wrong and the whole liberty staff wont agree with it. And as adults and as a team that wants to reach the WNBA finals you cant play in that you cant afford to lose this. And that being a factor why she nesd to remain calm and play basketball and offense and defense without fouling. What I recommend for Feibich and Vanderslot and Ivana Dojkić is that on Sunday you have ro make all your 3's that are no room for mistakes. So my practice season and for opening tip off for Sunday game you better in the right mindset. Because this trio is out there not only out their to play defense. You out there to make them 3's and you practice them against players like Brennan Stewart and Jones of the Liberty who all tall and will make it hard for you make them. Because on Sunday Atlanta is going to put their tallest players like Tina Charles against you with hard foul plays to disrupt you . I felt like Breanna Stewart shared the ball to much this game. She needs to change her assignment from sharing the ball wirh Sabrina to playing individually she make plays to get as many Atlanta players On her every time Atlanta coach calls a timeout to free up the other teammates. That will definitely be very important when the Liberty have the lead or inching closer to closing the game she needs to make the tough play that will cause their to he an open liberty Player not named Kennedy Burke to go up theirs and make the shot. no offense nothing to take away from Kennedy she is phenomenal player at times but Coach if don't reduce her minutes for next game I understand she will want the play. You guys could possibly lose she is obviously the d'angelo russell of this series of anything know anything about the Lakers that are games when the former coach put him in the game for 20 to 30 minutes and he only scored 1 points making Lakers Nation fans pissed all over the Internet and social media and tik Tok . With them saying you only game me one point and you played 30 minutes of the game causing many Lakers fans to be be pissed due to his performance. And the Atlanta dream know that and if they don't better hope they don't find out. Because they will urge her to our and play more minutes just for you guys to lose. Bur most importantly they need to hold these players for thr fewest point possible for this first round series Naz Hillmon,Lorela Cubaj, Allisha Gray,Maya Caldwell and Ezinne Kalu. They are players that the liberty allowed the fewest point possible. Burke deserve no minutes next game give those minutes to Jaylyn Sherrod and allow her on additional to her minutes from Thursday game. Dont be discouraged as a collective you played good out their but you definitely do better i recommended what needs to change. d'angelo russell Burke doesn't need to be their if she cant contribute 15 points or even more than one. Roneeka Hodges and Olaf nes to do better as assistant coaches going into the Sunday series and the rest of the playoffs. I want you guys to grt to championships this year. I have a Wnba subscription only I don't like when they stream the game on my on ESPN last time they did an ESPN game they lost to the Lynx.
