I have been working from home fully since and I don't see any disadvantages. I love it so much. I save a lot of petrol/transport, dressing up everyday, buying new outfits etc, though due to YT,I am forced to buy new outfits 😊 Great interview, children come first,so she made the right decision.
Slim?? Me?😅 Anyway,it takes lots of discipline to work from home. I have an adjustable desk,so I stand while talking to my clients and walking on the spot as we talk, then sit down to write reports. I also formed the habit of going to either ease myself, stretch, or top up my cuppa every hour. If one is not intentional about working from home,it can deal with the person.😀
Whether working from home or going to the office is not easy. This shows this is a relatable video because the kids will always want to be around when you are filming.
With kids sure it can be challenging. This was so enlightening and informative as usual. Working from home has advantages and disad..but im glad so far its working for her till she is ready to go back to her initial job
Work from home sounds great but has it downsides too. The company i worked for were not flexible at all, back to back calls and no time for the kid even though i was home. My son went to school and cried telling his teacher he misses his mom, i gave myself brain and resigned. All of us who were mothers with young kids in my set did not last more than 3 months on the job. Now, i just work elsewhere on days oga is off, even if its 2 or 3 days, until the kids are grown... it works for some and may not work for some depending on the company and your family dynamics... thanks Chy for this video
Tbh, that's the way to continue developing your career skills and qualities if you want to be a working mother with young children. I am in a hybrid job (3 days home & 2 days office locally) with a company that's very accommodating for progression. Hubby works nights, and if there was a school incident, for example, he could over and pick up the child. Youngest is 8 years old, and so I've no trouble having the kids home on school holidays except I let myself down by allowing them to exceed their screen time just to maintain peace.
How I am seriously listening to know how she did it because I am exhausted is not easy at all. I did two months of WFH with Maximu here in Saudi customer service too it wasn't easy for me I was sitting for too long and had to quit that was February and March my legs started swelling up so I had to quit 😢 Seriously aboard is truly for people that have grown-up kids. Such a lovely lady ❤❤
You were so lucky to have found a job in Saudi. It was written I wasn't allowed to work when I was in Saudi for years. I respected that to avoid issues. The WFH was customers constantly on the phone, no free time to stretch your legs? Oh mine! Office work in all aspects no dey easy at all
@ChySpace lucky ke, it is the same visa we all have. It was a remote job work from home customer care assistant it was though I couldn't get through with it.
Educating video. Advancing in your career though higher level nursing education gives you more opportunities. Its amazing that you said nurses can now work from home. Some have the interest but motherhood responsibilities prevent them, especially when they have little kids.
This conversion was so interesting, there is hope for me, just need to revamp my CV. Anytime i tell my hubby that am looking for a job, he always says am looking for something at the wrong time(am pregnant with two kids aged 5 and 6 resp).. I will prefer this work from home as my kids go to full time schooling and am left at home doing nothing... Please i need assistant in getting this job 😩 as am not used to staying idle, i have worked in the bank back home as a customer service officer for close to seven years.
Sometimes is good to cut kids nails to prevent them from scratching their face while playing. I guess that was the case of her child. Cistomer service is mentally demanding, not easy task.
Am a newly qualified nurse. I have 3 toddlers of 3 years and 2 years old. Have been considering community nursing mainly cuz of the flexibility. Wish I could just be a bank nurse but then I need the nhs sponsorship
I prefer to work in a clinical setting but right now I have to work from home. It works for my children but I guess as mother’s we can’t have what we want all the time.
there is nothing good like taking care of your kids yourself, for the baby to resist to go there there must be something wrong, i like the work from home
Filming with kids around can be so daunting lol. Her story is so inspiring....childcare is so expensive in the UK, glad she kept the pregnancy and was still able to pull through regardless.
That's one thing I hate giving your kids to someone and treating them bad 😢there's is this lady in my city where I do my hair then she looks after kids.when ever I want there to do my hair she always insult the mothers of the kids and even the kids. For that reason I have to go and cut my hair.i don't want to see her again. I hate people that will not treat others children right

You're the only lady that works from home I know that's very slim. All of those I know that works from home are blowing up daily lol

This is fantastic! Wishing a lot of mothers who are currently redundant would find such a graceful work life balance
I love working from home. I have friends that work from home and they’re enjoying their job
Yes, it's okay
Please let her tell us the loads of ‘work from home’ jobs she said she knows, it could be of great help to many. Thank you.
Yes, that's true
Working from home sounds great, but it has a lot of disadvantages. I enjoyed the conversation
Glad you enjoyed it!
When my children were young, I preferred Open nursery. There is usually a lot of staff.
Yes, that's true

Revamp your CV, create an account on indeed jobs or CV LIBRARY. Put up your CV there, they would always notify you based on your choice of job
Hope you have a great weekend
You too!!
Good one. Can a child of 10 years take care of the younger ones in uk?
I once made a video about it. Check it out here ua-cam.com/video/8Zpesbp3rF8/v-deo.htmlsi=WA1UJRcLuw8nxYNo

It might be, not certain though

Sponsorship is just another commitment for mothers. You might consider otherwise if possible especially your husband getting the sponsorship
@@ChySpacenot really possible cuz if he gets, we can't join as dependents. But with the nhs, they can all join easily and less costly . Fam of 6
I like this video please do you have any link for us to apply for remote jobs
Search for remote jobs near me on Google

You can't entirely until all our kids become independent. What a special responsibility for us lol

Yes, she's such a hardworking lady
She is truly Iron Lady 😅!!!
As a registered nurse you can work as a disability assessor.
That's great. I could study nursing if I would be allowed not to do bedside nursing
