Hello friends!
Cut 1 kg of pork into 1.5-2 cm thick pieces.
Welcome to our channel!
Salt, black pepper, marjoram, garlic powder, paprika.
2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Cut 1-2 onions.
Grease the baking tray with vegetable oil.
Place the onion on a baking tray.
Place the steaks on top.
Cut 2-3 pickled cucumbers.
Spread steaks with French mustard.
Add pickled cucumbers on top.
Grate 120 g cheese.
Sprinkle with cheese and pour mayonnaise over it.
Bake for 45 minutes at 180 °C.
5 Cut potatoes with a vegetable cutter.
Cover with cold water and let stand for 10 minutes.
Chop the parsley.
Add 3 eggs, black pepper and paprika.
Place the potatoes in a sieve and let the remaining water drain off.
Add 2 tablespoons of wheat flour to the potatoes and mix.
Then add salt and the prepared mixture.
Vegetable oil.
Add half of the potatoes to the pan and distribute evenly.
Cut 60 g of cheese and place on potatoes.
Then add the second half of the potatoes and distribute evenly.
Cover with a lid and fry over low heat until golden brown.
Turn to the other side.
Incredibly tasty and juicy meat is ready!
Serve with delicious potatoes!
