- Bonggang Instant Pancit Canton
Ingredients:
-2 Packs of Instant Pancit Canton
-Cooking Oil
-Leftover Spam
-Leftover longganisa (or hotdogs, chicken, pork, etc.)
-Oyster sauce (about a teaspoon)
-Egg
-Green Onions
-Sesame Oil (optional)
1.Fry the longganisa and Spam together, set aside
2.Cook the instant pancit canton noodles, set aside
3.In a frying pan, heat oyster sauce, two packs of the pancit canton oil and soy sauce
4.Mix in the cooked noodles
5.Add the pancit canton flavour seasoning
6.Add the cooked spam and longganisa
7.Top with fried egg and green onions and a swig of sesame oil
8.Take a pic and enjoy!

Used to do this when i was in abu dhabi, indomie naman gamit ko at nilalagyan ko ng either tirang beef or chicken naman. Ang pinakapaborito ko ay ang left over na beef steak, super sarap.

Masarap yan lalo if may cabbage or bokchoi, ako po half lang ng powder kasi naalatan ako.. Tpos mga sausage at crabstick.. Tama po kayo pag nagutom sa kakapuyat sarap kumain ng canton hahahahah.. Comfort food din namin ng asawa ko..

Nakakatuwa ka pong chef Ms.Janice kasi wala kang cnasabibg exact measurements ng mga ingredients.
sarap lalo yan
when you add
a handful of
shredded cabbage
and shredded carrots
plus add 4-5 pcs prawns
( isabay mo na sa pag boil ng noodles)
Try mo ulit next time.
