My beloved departed Jagjit Singh was India's favorite son, and my equally beloved and wishing him long life is Ghulam Ali Ji is Pakistan's. Both of these gentlemen's offering to South Asia should be respected and honored via coming together of beautiful people from the two nations.
The synthesizer keyboard sounds out of place most of the time although the piano bit has added to the beauty of the recordings. I feel only natural instruments like harmonium, flute, guitar, sarangi etc., can complement ghazal music.
