Can I find a job in Australia as a civil engineer from offshore ? I have 7 years experience with SE of Japanese general contractor . I have ielts band 7.0
True. I became an Assistant Site Manager at 25, 1 year after my uni degree. But thats simply because i was actually working in the trade since i was 16. All you have to do is work hard and pay attention when someone much more intelligent explains things to you. Stay humble, learn & kick ass ;)
course you can, you just tell people to go and build it, meanwhile delegating it to one of the senior tradesman, then go back behind the computer screen and send emails to look busy.
I been roofing and landscaping for around 10 years (dad was a landscaper/grounds worker and i went to collage to do roofing). Have my own business and have been offered a site manager role for a large home developer...Even I feel like I don't have enough experience to tell the brickie's, seconds fix and all that what to do lol...55k a year, company car, pension paid holiday, for having a chat with trades all day and walking around a building site...Sound's like dream, I might just say fuck it and go for it haha
Wow , I like what I just listened to, I'm also an upcoming site manager, this helped me a lot. Thank you for uploading this good message.❤❤
