I wish there was some sort of industry standard for the names of controls on compressors. This uses sustain and attack. Others have threshold, release, ratio. Makes it difficult to know what to expect with the device.
You should see dials on some special editions of the old milk box comp. Pasteurize? Quarts?
Sounds awesome on the fast setting to my ears. Reminds me of a boss CS-2
This took my rumble 100 from bloomy meh (settings all at noon) to nice and tight. Havent tried another since this hit the sweet spot. Made my Fender CS '62 pups sing! Afraid to use my preamp it spunds so killer lol.
I just got it, but when I turn it on I lose a lot of volume, even though the volume knob is fully turned on. Any thoughts?
Open up the back. Turn the trim pot under the volume knob 1/16th of a turn counter clockwise.
Why is he always turning the vol-knob? This is only to align the volume between bypass and effect.
It's the makeup gain (the output volume) to match the volume the more you compress.
Why are you commenting?

Anyone knows the precision bass line in this video? Really like to play it :)
All the riffs are just small loop I create to fit with the nature of the pedals I want to demo 🙂
@@BassStuff thanks for your reply! If you can remember the tabs anytime, please contact me ;) im currently learning to play bass and im looking for cool lines to play for practice!

There's a similar riff in "Sleepflower" by The Manic Street Preachers (lol, oddly enough).
Might scratch that itch for ya :)
Had one of these. Great sound, but unreliable - broke within 6 months.
Lol dom't say that, I just bought one!! So far so good, it seems to be working okay
@@jonathanpeden9930 I hope it holds up for you! When it worked, it was good…
