you should do more. i was in that hospital.. 3 men came in and we had to hide in a cupboard for 40 minutes. they were looking for the 2 of us because they heard us running
I'm glad you enjoyed it, a relative of ours was in the hospital before it closed. Were you working there up until it closed? It was a lovely old building.
Done security for greenpark trust in the mid 90’s had to patrol this site at night There was a stay cat that would do the patrol with me funny now not at the time
some of it is still standing last time i passed it. Not sure about access to any remaining buildings though. Sure, i'm always up for an explore, if you know any good ones let me know. There's one on my list needs a re-visit with the drone and possible access (entertainment site) and a second one i haven't been on-site yet, been outside it and access looks very easy (a prison, not long kesh, i've been there too many times). There are a few sites around Northern Ireland but not many are worth filming. I've done this for so many years that i'd only be interested in visiting places that aren't trashed and they are extremely rare here. I know of a massive one standing vacant and likely nobody has ever been inside but the only possible access is NOT easy at all and could be a complete waste of time to find no access after risking being seen so easily due to it's location.
I got into there a good few times, but never managed to gain entrance to the large buildings due to bringing 2 women late at night who didnt understand the concept of stealth and avoiding security
if it's the one i think you mean then i don't know about plans to do anything with it but i do know there are security patrols occasionally at it just as a heads up, feel free to chat in a private message if you like
not sure how to private message on this? But i would be extremely interested in joining you on other trips, I live local and have a good set of cameras.
You're a bit late to the party Oreki :) this place was worth a serious visit circa ten years ago. It was left very much untouched, no vandalism, easy access and the power still on throughout the entire hospital. We even ventured underground below the hospital in the service basements.
It would be great if it was, having been many times late at night over a decade ago when the place was untouched it was certainly eerie with the power still on throughout the hospital but sadly we never experienced any paranormal. None of us believe in the paranormal so if a strange noise were to be a ghost we probably wouldn't even notice. lol. After visiting many abandoned sites throughout northern ireland I can safely see we only had one cause for concern at crumlin road courthouse, there was a loud bang in the stairwell right in the middle of the courthouse and as much as i believe it was only other people there, the others i was with were not hanging around to find out though. i wanted to investigate the noises but the others did not and so we left. so i'd reckon crumlin road is the place to be if you really want an adventure...

You sure that wasn’t the doctors trying to give you your medication? 😉
Thank you for this video. It means so much to me, I trained as a Registered Fever Nurse here. Such happy and sad memories..

Where is this specifically in Belfast? Gonna go exploring at night with a few friends.
If it's the one I'm thinking of, it's the Belvoir Park Hospital...if you are gonna go I'd be careful, they have private security in around there
That's right Vincent, as belvoir park is now a building site for houses, security is very active.
Do you know if theyre doing anything to the other smaller abandoned one nearby?

@@enigma-records is this hospital still available to go and visit as of October 2020?
