Spiritual warfare! I'm amazed at the sequence of events unfolding in Trump's campaign. It's hard to miss God in it all and Trump admitted that God kept him alive. We could blame SS for breached/ failed security but I believe that everything is happening as it should to the glory of God and He is being glorified❤ Our real enemies are the unseen ones and no amount physical weapons, bodyguards, equipment etc can offer full proof protection, only the armies of God in Heaven. We are “ONE nation under God;” it should not be “us” vs “them.” We need to be willing to cross the large chasm that currently exists in our country and start building bridges. When God speaks, He is not "close" enough. When He speaks, it's settled. Jeremiah, Isaiah, and other major and minor prophets, when they spoke what God told them to, it was done. Too many people defending prophesies( and prophets) that don't come to pass at all or are not 💯 accurate. Testing the spirits is what God told us to do. He warned us in the old and new testament to be weary of false prophets. Jeremiah is full of examples and warnings. We must heed His Word.

Some questions regarding the prophecy are - what if our jumping to conclusions about it makes a little one stumble? What if Trump did repent and then heard all this doubting prejudgement? What might that do to his young faith? Woe to those who cause a little one to stumble. (Discernment isn't just understanding spirits, but heeding the Lord's direction of when to address them).

@theeternalsbeliever1779 Actually we do. Those gifts are mentioned by Paul in his early letters in the list gifts but left off the later epistles' gifts lists. The reason is Hebrews 1. Once we had proof of Christ's diety and gift of salvation via the biblical apostles (using tongues/healing/prophecy) as proof, the cannon could be written and then closed. Now we have the Scriptures and there is no need for tongues, for example. It served a very specific purpose. This is also easily tested by checking the teachings of churches who claim to still have tongues and healing. Their teaching is consistently heretical and unbiblical.
Just like you said Allie, "we know in part". So you can't 100% confirm that the eardrum or worshipping piece of the prophecy won't be manifested in another way. I understand that we should be cautious and discerning of false prophets and prophecies but it's dangerous to speak against it if you are not 100% sure it's false. You don't want to be in a position where you speak against them and they were actually right all along. That would mean that you are speaking against the Word of God. And worse, using your platform to steer others from the Word of the Lord. That's very dangerous. Be wise.
Unfortunately MacArthur has influenced ALOT of believers to not believe the gifts are for today. I noticed she strongly supports McArthur and am convinced he influenced her view on spiritual gifts. This is what happens when you elevate man/ denomination over God's word.

Brandon shared a vision that included a crash. I've had visions and dreams that came to pass and some not yet. This one has not yet. I had a dream about the crash of America in 2012. I saw a plane that said American on it fly out into the distance (future)and crash and a voice in the dream said it went down in Tenessee ( In Ten you'll see) It's been 12 years now. Ten is just a reference. I did not understand the "Ten" until I read the dream in 2022 and the Holy Spirit gave me understanding. A week later I had a dream of a 4 lane highway with the first 2 lanes of traffic stopped, I was standing on the side of the road when an 18 wheeler came loaded with building materials/lumber and Crashed into the stopped cars. I ran scared then came back and saw another 18 wheeler come and crash into the first crash. The symbols meanings in the dream can only be revealed by the Holy Spirit. It's been 2 years since that dream and as I write this the 2 stopped lanes of traffic are the 2 years gone by where the crash was stopped. Next is the third lane with the 18 wheeler with lumber (The Housing Market it seems). A month after the dream I was driving on the highway and saw the 18 wheeler with lumber in the natural. I saw it again recently. What does the Word of God say about this dream. Job 33:14-18 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition 14 For God [does reveal His will; He] speaks not only once, but more than once, even though men do not regard it [including you, Job]. 15 [One may hear God’s voice] in a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls on men while slumbering upon the bed, 16 Then He opens the ears of men and seals their instruction [terrifying them with warnings], 17 That He may withdraw man from his purpose and cut off pride from him [disgusting him with his own disappointing self-sufficiency]. 18 He holds him back from the pit [of destruction], and his life from perishing by the sword [of God’s destructive judgments].
We also do have to acknowledge that in a healthy church, prophesy is alive and well. Prophesies are real and present today. Yes, there are a lot of fakes, but the real is also there.
The Bible tells us how to tell if a prophecy is true or false. "And if you say in your heart how shall we know the word the Lord has not spoken. When a prophet speaks in the name of the Lord, if the thing follows not, nor comes to pass, that is the thing the Lord has not spoken, but the prophet has spoken presumptuously, thou shall not be afraid of him." (Deuteronomy 18:21-22) If the words of the prophet comes to pass the prophecy is real.
I thought prophets were only for OT times and we do not need them anymore because Jesus came and is the way, the truth, and the light. Am I missing something here?
@@jewelgazer I'm definitely not a Bible scholar, but Revelation in the NT speaks of living prophets and says not to seal the prophecy of Revelation. It seems if prophets were needed then prophets are even more needed now to help us understand what is happening in this world and what is to come. (Beware of false prophets and let not our hearts be deceived!) An example, Revelation 22:8-9 specifically speaks of an angel who refers to John and his brethren as prophets. "Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellow servant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God. And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand."

Your comments about prophecy make me sad. I don’t expect to change your views, but I am sad that you would slander what you don’t know. Paul said we prophesy in part. Great encouragement can be received by those who believe that God guides and speaks today…with Scripture as the highest authority.

Wrong. Amo. 3:7 says God does NOTHING without first revealing it to His prophets first, and He doesn't change. At best, someone would be a Laodicean for confidently declaring that they don't need a prophet. Christ reveals their entire problem in Rev. 3:17 where they say "we don't need anything". Rejecting God's prophet(s) is the same as rejecting Him because He speaks through them. God works through men. That's how His government works.
I have a question. If God gives someone a dream, will they always have the infallible interpretation of the dream immediately? It seems to me if he saw the footage of what happened in his dream, it would have looked like Trump had a burst eardrum, with the blood on his ear and face. Does someone have to fit the definition of "prophet of God" in order to receive a dream of a future event? I heard a story from my grandmother (and I think I've heard of others like this) where she received a dream that she didn't understand the meaning of until the thing she dreamed happened in real life. If she had verbally guessed at the meaning of the dream before it happened in real life, would she then be a false prophet? Or just a person who received a dream that they didn't yet know the interpretation of?
There is no biblical precedent for someone being able to interpret their own dreams. When God gave someone a prophetic dream, God always provided the interpretation through another individual if He wanted them to know it. Joseph gave the interpretation for the baker, the steward, and the Pharaoh's dreams, Daniel gave the interpretation for Nebuchadnezzar's dream, and Gabriel gave Daniel the interpretation for the dreams God gave him.

Allie, I think you need to check yourself on how you talked about the prophecy. Prophecy is still alive and well and while we do need to test the spirit always, I think you came against it early and hard and that's inappropriate at this time.

There's an Irish woman too, but I can't remember her name. Plus Kim Clement, Chuck Pierce, and Dutch Sheets. Rachel Hamm is a prophetic dreamer, as is Dave Hayes. There's tons of godly prophets out there. Everything they say still needs to be tested, but they HAVE prophecies things that have come to pass. The gift of prophecy did not go away. It's alive, but not necessarily "alive and well" because the church has rejected prophets.

I didn't see the prophecy videos, but saying it can't have been prophetic because it doesn't fit exactly reminds me of how many Jews don't accept Jesus as the savior because it doesn't fit exactly what they interpreted the Old Testament prophecies to mean. We are “ONE nation under God;” it should not be “us” vs “them.” We need to be willing to cross the large chasm that currently exists in our country and start building bridges. When God speaks, He is not "close" enough. When He speaks, it's settled. Jeremiah, Isaiah, and other major and minor prophets, when they spoke what God told them to, it was done. Too many people defending prophesies( and prophets) that don't come to pass at all or are not 💯 accurate. Testing the spirits is what God told us to do. He warned us in the old and new testament to be weary of false prophets. Jeremiah is full of examples and warnings. We must heed His Word.

@theeternalsbeliever1779 Actually we do. Those gifts are mentioned by Paul in his early letters in the list gifts but left off the later epistles' gifts lists.
The reason is Hebrews 1. Once we had proof of Christ's diety and gift of salvation via the biblical apostles (using tongues/healing/prophecy) as proof, the cannon could be written and then closed.
Now we have the Scriptures and there is no need for tongues, for example. It served a very specific purpose.
This is also easily tested by checking the teachings of churches who claim to still have tongues and healing. Their teaching is consistently heretical and unbiblical.
Just like you said Allie, "we know in part". So you can't 100% confirm that the eardrum or worshipping piece of the prophecy won't be manifested in another way.
I understand that we should be cautious and discerning of false prophets and prophecies but it's dangerous to speak against it if you are not 100% sure it's false. You don't want to be in a position where you speak against them and they were actually right all along. That would mean that you are speaking against the Word of God. And worse, using your platform to steer others from the Word of the Lord. That's very dangerous. Be wise.
Unfortunately MacArthur has influenced ALOT of believers to not believe the gifts are for today. I noticed she strongly supports McArthur and am convinced he influenced her view on spiritual gifts. This is what happens when you elevate man/ denomination over God's word.

I’m not sure if the shift is people shifting from left to right or from unsure to trump (although I’m sure that has certainly happened for some) but more so just bravery has shifted in support of Trump. People have been so hounded for supporting him, this has emboldened his supporters to now step out and show their support

Brandon shared a vision that included a crash. I've had visions and dreams that came to pass and some not yet. This one has not yet. I had a dream about the crash of America in 2012. I saw a plane that said American on it fly out into the distance (future)and crash and a voice in the dream said it went down in Tenessee ( In Ten you'll see) It's been 12 years now. Ten is just a reference. I did not understand the "Ten" until I read the dream in 2022 and the Holy Spirit gave me understanding. A week later I had a dream of a 4 lane highway with the first 2 lanes of traffic stopped, I was standing on the side of the road when an 18 wheeler came loaded with building materials/lumber and Crashed into the stopped cars. I ran scared then came back and saw another 18 wheeler come and crash into the first crash. The symbols meanings in the dream can only be revealed by the Holy Spirit. It's been 2 years since that dream and as I write this the 2 stopped lanes of traffic are the 2 years gone by where the crash was stopped. Next is the third lane with the 18 wheeler with lumber (The Housing Market it seems). A month after the dream I was driving on the highway and saw the 18 wheeler with lumber in the natural. I saw it again recently. What does the Word of God say about this dream.

We also do have to acknowledge that in a healthy church, prophesy is alive and well. Prophesies are real and present today. Yes, there are a lot of fakes, but the real is also there.
The Bible tells us how to tell if a prophecy is true or false.
"And if you say in your heart how shall we know the word the Lord has not spoken. When a prophet speaks in the name of the Lord, if the thing follows not, nor comes to pass, that is the thing the Lord has not spoken, but the prophet has spoken presumptuously, thou shall not be afraid of him."
(Deuteronomy 18:21-22)

@@jewelgazer I'm definitely not a Bible scholar, but Revelation in the NT speaks of living prophets and says not to seal the prophecy of Revelation. It seems if prophets were needed then prophets are even more needed now to help us understand what is happening in this world and what is to come. (Beware of false prophets and let not our hearts be deceived!)
An example, Revelation 22:8-9 specifically speaks of an angel who refers to John and his brethren as prophets. "Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellow servant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God. And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand."

Amen Allie. No prophecy has been 1000% accurate, and it must be. God no longer needs people to speak to the majority. That’s why He sent the Holy Spirit and left us His Word.
Wrong. Amo. 3:7 says God does NOTHING without first revealing it to His prophets first, and He doesn't change. At best, someone would be a Laodicean for confidently declaring that they don't need a prophet. Christ reveals their entire problem in Rev. 3:17 where they say "we don't need anything". Rejecting God's prophet(s) is the same as rejecting Him because He speaks through them. God works through men. That's how His government works.
I have a question. If God gives someone a dream, will they always have the infallible interpretation of the dream immediately? It seems to me if he saw the footage of what happened in his dream, it would have looked like Trump had a burst eardrum, with the blood on his ear and face. Does someone have to fit the definition of "prophet of God" in order to receive a dream of a future event?
I heard a story from my grandmother (and I think I've heard of others like this) where she received a dream that she didn't understand the meaning of until the thing she dreamed happened in real life. If she had verbally guessed at the meaning of the dream before it happened in real life, would she then be a false prophet? Or just a person who received a dream that they didn't yet know the interpretation of?
There is no biblical precedent for someone being able to interpret their own dreams. When God gave someone a prophetic dream, God always provided the interpretation through another individual if He wanted them to know it. Joseph gave the interpretation for the baker, the steward, and the Pharaoh's dreams, Daniel gave the interpretation for Nebuchadnezzar's dream, and Gabriel gave Daniel the interpretation for the dreams God gave him.

Reading it is one thing, understanding it is something else. Some people don't understand it or believe what they read.
Well, I heard former secret service Evy Poumpouras talk about the difference of the people, men or women in the secret service --those who want to challenge themselves, do not succeed because it is all about them. The DEI agenda is very similar and has that same mindset--I am going to rise above my own skin color or my own gender mentality. However, she says that those who succeed are those who want to serve their country, are not in the me mindset but the team, about the country, about the president, about the plan(s).

Allie, I think you need to check yourself on how you talked about the prophecy. Prophecy is still alive and well and while we do need to test the spirit always, I think you came against it early and hard and that's inappropriate at this time.

There's an Irish woman too, but I can't remember her name. Plus Kim Clement, Chuck Pierce, and Dutch Sheets. Rachel Hamm is a prophetic dreamer, as is Dave Hayes. There's tons of godly prophets out there. Everything they say still needs to be tested, but they HAVE prophecies things that have come to pass. The gift of prophecy did not go away. It's alive, but not necessarily "alive and well" because the church has rejected prophets.
Why are there so many people defending prophets that speak using the name of the Lord and yet their prophesies are not 💯 accurate? When the prophets of God spoke in times past, were they not 100 accurate? Yes they were. They were not 90% accurate. Why do so many Christians disregard God's warning about false prophets? Jeremiah 8, Jeremiah 23:9-40.
We are to 'test the spirits'. Do not be deceived, Jesus tell us.

Why is it either or? Prophecies have physical reasons for being fulfilled too. The impressive part is that it was foretold.
Isaiah 53 says "he made his grave with the wicked but with the rich at his death". Yet Jesus made his grave with the rich but was between two wicked men at his death. Is that a false prophecy? Or maybe prophecy has metaphorical and symbolic language and doesn't have to be literally fulfilled in every detail to be accurate.

Allie, I am a Christian above all. A follower of Jesus. I don't vote based on right or left. I vote based on who is a God-fearing man and strives to be like Jesus. Neither candidate has done this. I didn't see the prophecy videos, but saying it can't have been prophetic because it doesn't fit exactly reminds me of how many Jews don't accept Jesus as the savior because it doesn't fit exactly what they interpreted the Old Testament prophecies to mean. How do you know they didn't see it exactly and it is just your interpretation that is wrong? Just some food for thought.
