I've been watching a few of your videos, brilliant stuff! It's so helpful to see someone in the know doing a job first. Rebuilding the worn swivels on my Series 3 is on the "to do" list, so the wheel bearings will be replaced at the same time. Many thanks! Phill.
These videos are bloody great! I have renovated the entire right side of my Defender Td5 2006 front axle with the help of them. Axle is pre-load. However, when i get to about 80 Nm pre-load the hub starts to rotate with less ease. Should I really continue to 210 Nm? Best regards Per from Sweden.
I have a td5 and don’t have a tool to measure end float I’ve noticed that LRS sell a conversion kit for the td5 would I be best to go down that route and use torque wrench ??
