Man, thank God for Hillsong. I grew up on this. When I had just become a Christian in the mid 2000s, their music really played (it still does) a huge role in my growth. THis song in particular, I first heard it somewhere around 2007 back when I was a fresh Christian on fire for Jesus. Even way before that I was familiar with Hillsong music overall in the 90s but I was very young then and was not born again. But it was years later when I became born again and received the gift of the Holy Spirit that i began to appreciate Hillsong Praise and Worship on a different level and understand what's like to worship God in Spirit and in truth. Nostalgic Hillsong's song during my childhood. This is my first favorite song I have heard in our church and the first song I danced together with my church friends. I remember when I joined to our youth camp, there was a session when one pastor continued to preach the message till 11:30 pm. And my head was pretty seemed sleepy that time because I was not used to stay awake at late night. Thankful that I heard all the message and after that, when "One Way" song was started to play, all my nerves began to have zest and we, all youth who got to know Jesus, were celebrating, jumping as we can and raising our hands to keep praise our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
This brings back memories of school chapel services. I went to an Anglican grammar school, and we'd catch the bus in to town to have our school chapel services and the chapel band would usually play this awesome track.
