100 Anti-ICE Protestors Arrested for Blocking Manhattan Highway

- NYC, New York (ABCNY) Dozens were arrested Saturday after protesters against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement had partially blocked the West Side Highway in Manhattan, the NYPD said.
Commuters were advised to expect road closures at 12th Avenue and West 22nd Street, and traffic on the West Side was backed up for miles.
Video shows dozens of demonstrators sitting in the middle of the highway, linking arms and chanting, "ICE lurks here."

They need be taken on an educational tours of Somalia, El Salvador, Pakistan, North Korea... Realistically though, the sentences and fines should reflect the number of people they screwed over and their lost pay/productivity.

They are doing what they think is right. I see some potential Peace Corp volunteers. This country has tent cities and homeless people among other problems. I hope that everyone blocking traffic has stepped aside to let someone else get the job they felt was for them. Let them be treated with condescension for their lack of a good job too. Look at them with their trust funds so high and righteous.
