The first man whom his "girlfriend" said was such a good father to his 3 kids, unemployed, probably never paid any child support for any of those 3 kids he brought into this world! Therefore, we the taxpayers are more than likely supporting them while he's out drinking, getting high, caught with narcotics and fire arm while a convicted felon on parole. Blames his faults on depression! My father was always in our home with our mother both grew up during The depression with zero government hand outs. Worked full time, no criminal history! My husband of 47 years was always in our home for our 3 children. Worked 2 jobs to support us. No government hand outs. No comparison! The victim mentality is rampant in certain communities. The rest of us bust our ass to work and do what it takes to legitimately care for our families without government handouts!!! Something has got to change in America!!!

The GF of the first defendant said she works from 7am to 7pm, 5 days a week.
That's the equivalent of working 7 full working days a week.

This judge is so inconsistent. When other mothers bring convicted drug users and felons into their homes and lives, the judge goes ballistic on them for exposing their children to such horrible influences, and in similar situations when the felon has “reformed.” Here, the woman gets a complete pass. She also seems to be highly sympathetic to the felon’s childhood, where in every other case I’ve seen-probably 50-she reems them out unmercifully for using their past to try to sway her, when the allocations were much more subtly and apologetically handled. Shame on you, Judge Boyd!!!
