Huge thanks to Aspen Snowmass and the Limelight Hotel for hosting us. Kudos to the trail builders for building an expert-level, progressive jump line to keep the huckers happy! A giant step in the right direction for Colorado bike parks. Love your work Snowmass. The park is open for a few more weekends into October, make the trip and see what all the fuss is about. You can thank me later. The aspens will be firing!
James is now a dad. Interestingly enough, it doesn't seem to be slowing him down one bit. Dad-bod takes time.... #followcamfriday don't shake the baby.
James is a dad now! Wish him well before dad-bod sets in.... Doesn't seem to be slowing him down much, haha.
Congrats and well wishes to the ninja !
"Congratulation James There's nothing better than bringing a child into the world" and to the new baby. "(Welcome to Earth kid, you're about to have a ball ! Enjoy )"
Congrates James you a badazz MTB ninja!
@@abstraddic0442 sounds like you have never bought a new bike.
Hello I am from Russia. The video is just super, I watch without taking my eyes 👋
yes bro. nice work on the different camera positions and seamless editing!
Alex Katz he must look like a Google car shredding the trails with all the cameras plus drone.
James 🤘🏻{~};}
Very great job indeed!
James is back holy mcshitters yall had some fun there, have a great weekend bros👍👊💪
Thanks for coming!
Thanks for hosting us. Keep up the good work!
Love it! New trail looks super sweet. Great to watch James again tear it up. Congrats on his fatherhood.
Always a pleasure to film the old guy;)
Thanks Eugene!
Absolutely, just love watching you guys rip up those trails. Reminds me of me and my friend from back many years ago, great times.
The young dude in front is totally wicked on the trails!!!!
I love the alternating camera POV from front to back. All your videos are great, but that adds a whole new dimension. Well done!
Cheers Brian, thanks for watching.
The switching angles are so cool ! Great video
Despite being an expert jump line, it looks like a good jump line for those who are really to push their jumping skills a bit to the next level. Lots of good table tops, not redbull gaps. Good job Snowmass!
WOW, an actual expert level jump trail west of the Mississippi that I'd be able to ride without breaking my neck ... 10/10 for the trees alone!
I like this style. A few different angles over some key features. Keep it up!
Very nice video Nate! Thank you!!
Oh how I wish they had those trails when I lived up there. Makes me wish I was 20 again. Gonzo looked fun.
Very Nice! Nice new trail, nice jumps, nice riding!..(Thanks to my dirty mind...I read it wrong the first time, I thought there was "show 'm ass" on the gondolas...sorry for that :-) but that also fits wel isn't it: ;-)), The Aspen trail builders did a very good job! Congratulations to James with the baby!
I like your channel man! Makes me wanna quit my job and just go ride! Love the different camera angles too. Keep up the quality videos, have fun and be safe!
SO SICK NATE!! I hope to hit this up tomorrow!! Gonzo looks awesome! You tore that mountain UP!!!
Let me know what you think.
What? You're in town! Sick!
Nice edit. Those different pov’s are awesome on the jump line!
Gratz James on becoming a Dad!
Puro flow amigo!
That was sick !
I'm glad you enjoyed my home town. I skied that mountain today.
Still here every Friday ! Don’t like to bang on about it !!
Nice episode, Nate. Love the editing.
awsome job on the edit!! bad ass bro!!!
Stunning, also really enjoying the editing. Nice one.
Cheers Don! All the angles.
Looks like great stuff! Impressed that allot of it looked challenging but safe if you come up short. A feature I need. I need a trip out west soon!
I was hoping for crocodiles in the gaps.
You ever been out West? I went to Sedona earlier this year and I'm planning to hit up a park next season out West. Angel Fire or Trestle maybe.
1st second-> there's James!! 2 seconds the Like button ;) Brap,brappp!!
Cheers David!
DUDE, I'm working in Aspen thru November and can't wait to shred this! Holla at your boi if you come outchea and need an extra fellow shredder!
your vids always looks good! nice job!
Sweet!
All the reverse cowgirl.... :)
i'm ur fan in south korea.
Ohhhh man those aspens, truly dream setting, nice trail with plenty of jumps (appreciated B rolls from jumps!!!), would be interesting to know if your bike computer recognizes how much time you spent in the air... Love the last freshly cut trail, thank you V!
My computer does not but I have heard there is a device that tracks your air miles.
Nate Hills yeah the name is American Express card...lol😂🤪😂, I think new Garmin 530 does it, bet it’s very poor estimate, keep up good work, V
Yes, rear facing cam!
i believe the technical term is reverse cow
Or maybe a triple sow cow.
As Pilgrim would say "The Dream"
Good vid and wish James well.
Nate, it's time to for a serious back county, high speed, high consequence video. I want to crap my pants watching you and the boys. Got anything like that planned?
🔥🔥🔥🙌🙌🙌
😍🤘👍😉
Weingarden is in the fucking house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just for you, ha ha
Do you only ride on Fridays Nate, which is why this series exists, or do you only do content creation on Fridays? I don't know specifically what your job entails so I don't know how much you ride.
He has to edit ... These rides are days, weeks, maybe even months, not too sure, point being it's not the same day ... And Nate usually posts at 10am or thereabouts so he probably has a least most of it done when he wakes up Friday morning ... I'm sure he's quicker than most by now but these videos take a bit to edit ... He doesn't just go down a couple trails and upload, he's gotta make sure the footage is up to standard and do all the editing ... Probably takes a few hours (at least that's how long it'd take me).
Editing is very time-consuming.
Sick vid🤟
How do you decide what bike to ride seeing as you have so many different options?
Are usually choose my big bike for Park riding in general.
@@natehills9388 big bikes are the best!
Hey Nate I’ve subscribed to your videos for a bit now - MTBer from Australia here hope you might get a chance to ride here some day! I noticed at the end of the video you had a link to ‘Patreon’ - given im a 30 something that still manages to have a good attention span I’d be keen to watch full length videos of your rides! Do you know if there’s any trial options for this service as yet?
Hey Nathan, thanks for your interest. Patreon is 3 bucks a month for about 2hrs of content. There is no trial but its 3 dollars..... haha
What did you think about the new trails? Still haven't run Gonzo all the way through yet... Still slow? Have to pedal a ton?
Still running a little bit slow. Need some rain. Wonderful start to a rad trail however.
@@natehills9388 we're definitely making moves in the right direction! Super stoked 🙌 Keep killing it ! 🔥
1 dislike? ¿Qué pasó ahí? Jaja
How's Aspen/SM compared to Winter Park/ Trestle?
Trails look empty in a good way!
Definitely less crowded in Snowmass. They also have a bunch of fresh cut bits to keep things interesting. Definitely worth a visit.
My OCD is acting up. Try centering your camera a bit more over the middle of the bar!
!

Those Aspen tree wood ramps are sick 💪. But are they made of Aspen wood 🤔
Haha, definitely not.
