hi is it true that nursing home cares cannot take people from zimbabwe but only support and domiciliary care are the only companies that can hire from redlist countries l was also told that because nursing home cares are big companies please help me with information about this
Kudos to you Nanelle for the good job you have embarked on. You are really providing important and priceless info. Big ups and more grease to your elbow.
I am a Ghanaian who came to the UK a couple of weeks ago through MMA from Dubai. I'm opened to share my journey with your followers.
Nanelle, come oooooo
Wow . What’s your email or Instagram

How long did you stay in Dubai??
This information is very helpful thank you ...knowing that Zambia is now on the redlist you have really helped me
Wow!!! This info is massive. So since I'm presently staying in UAE I can apply then. Thanks alot Nanelle. You're always a life saver.

Have you applied now? How did it go?
I think nurses should raise a petition about this red list issues, after struggling to get ielts and cbt, we are here facing red list issues again

Thanks so much for this video you are always a life saver watching from UAE...Am your new subscriber hoping to be in UK very soon Amen 🙏
Hi Nanelle, thanks for always bringing us the latest. But honestly I think WHO needs to do more research and not assume. Am Cameroonian, and here the greatest percentage of healthcare workers are jobless, among the little that manage to get something, the salary is miserable. Thousands of nurses trained yearly and the government recruits 50 to 100 nurses yearly. How is that a shortage? The system is bound on making life miserable for us. Am sorry but WHO can do better honestly.
Hmmmm most of these countries on the list aren’t supposed to be there
@@NanelleGriselda At all
Same in Ghana
Trained and qualified nurses are weeping to be employed but it has fallen on deaf ears. I think WHO should let us leave so that others can take our place.
@@wendyadebiamankwah3114 Seems like it's an African norm, we struggle to get the training, we struggle to get the jobs yet to no avail and now we have to suffer from being set aside globally because our governments refuse to do their part
I can say this is almost the same situation in Nigeria! There are hundreds of schools in Nigeria both private and government schools graduating Nursing students yearly!
Thanks so much Lady Nanella Griselda for your help and benevolence ...love you ❤️❤️❤️
People who came during your time were very lucky❤️❤️
Wakyɛ dodo Sister Panyin. Please keep giving us more info on the redlist thing.
You are doing the most Nanelle 💃🥳
I don't get the UK's obsession with this WHO red list of countries. Recruitment agencies in the US for instance are actively recruiting nurses from all over the world without any segregation whatsoever. Ghana for instance currently have thousands of jobless nurses sitting at home with their skills wasting away. So if there's an opportunity elsewhere for such Nurses to get a job, I don't think it is right to refuse them and cite this red list story as a basis. There is a high demand for nurses globally and it must be within the individual right of these Nurses to decide when they want to put their skills into practice. Refusing them the opportunity or restricting them to a single challenging process (direct application) because of where they come from is gross discrimination. The NHS must know that, by holding onto their current code of practice for overseas recruitment, they're actually discriminating against those nurses from the so called red list countries. They should give everyone equal chance.
Hmmmmmm
You have spoken my mind brother. It's rather unfortunate
You have spoken my mind brother. It's rather unfortunate
Can't we start a petition for this Red list issue to be thoroughly vetted, there are thousands of Nurses in Ghana sitting at home jobless
@@kayaay2089 Yes we can. There should be a coalition to challenge that decision because it just doesn't add up.
You made a lot of sense Nanelle👊
Nanelle please help me tell WHO that in Ghana we have more staff than we need 😄 as there are a lot of qualified unposted nurses at home wasting away, therefore actively recruiting from here will assist more people to get posted😆
I still don’t know how Ghana and Nigeria got on that list
I swear 😂😂
🤩 we have more than enough #Fact
That is what I've been saying o. They shd remove that tag on us. Many nurses who completed school up to like 3yrs ago are still home, demonstrating and picketing against government without any solution yet...hmmm
Awwwwww hmmmmmm
You are on fire girl ,love your channel🥰🥰🥰
Hello Nannelle, thank so much for your video, just to comment on being a citizen of a 'Red List' country (Nigeria) I was recruited from Jamaica in 2019 by WE Solutions. I could recall that they emphasised on any body from Nigeria must have lived in Jamaica for at least one year practising as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing council of Jamaica before being shortlisted for the interview. That is my own comment.
Oh wow. We solution was a bit tough then the other agencies aren’t asking for that
Already subscribed just a returning Family Member and already like because I definitely got value off this video. Now waiting to confirm how long one should have stayed because if it doesn't matter how long meaning someone can come to UK and then apply from here in the meantime cheers 🥂.
Evertinz makes sense I've been seeing their recruitment posters but red list countries is a problem.
Watching your videos everyday warms my heart.
The passion you have for what you do is great. You explain into details

Thanks for the information 😘
🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾, too much information
Welldone mama
Hmm, I recently came across a prominent Nigerian official being interviewed on the issues of nurses leaving the country and his concern about it. He replied that the nurses should leave cause they have more than enough of them and doesn't care much about it. See even those in high authorities aren't concerned about us.
I think I saw that video tooo . The WHO needs to be updated
Definitely
Please we are waiting for the part 2 of this video on how many days or years a person needs to be in a non redlist country before he can use an agency
Yes,ooooo.Sis,I contacted them too

Oh wow . Thanks for confirming 🙏🏽
Amazing
Please did u write ur cbt and IELTS in Nigeria before traveling to UAE to apply
Hi thanks for sharing, do you mind sharing how long you had to stay in UAE before reapplying?
@@theresachungu9214 you can apply once u have your residence visa in the UAE either by gaining employment and ur employer provides u with one or personally doing yours which is very costly but still worth it but as of the moment Africans are facing difficulties getting the residence visas especially Nigerians(theirs has been completely banned). So if u are from another country u can try ur luck.
As for me i didn't reapply with MMA immediately i chose to work there for over a year bcx i wanted the experience before moving. Hope i answered ur question.

Thanks Nanelle, MMA is currently helping me with aspects of my application haven applied directly and secured an offer. Initially I was like Aaaaaa! Agency! Now I know better. Big respect to MMA.

@@NanelleGriselda Thank you so much. Amen!
Hi, can u link m to them pls, IELTS and cbt passed
Thank you very much . I will invite her for a visit and start the process. Honestly I don't understand our country Ghana. I have been in uk over 15yrs. The knowledge I have acquired here is just unbelievable. Coming to these developed countries is not just about the money but truly the exposure to facilities and knowledge which you will no way get to work with back there. The advantages outweighs the disadvantages. Will even be nice if they allow for exchange programmes where nurses can come in work for a few years then go back and continue from where you were before. I would have done that and I know some of my colleagues are also for it. But you are frustrated if you dare. Continue with the good job. Thanks dear.
Hello dear that won’t be a great option unless she’s a nurse coming to write OSCE. you need to watch this video ua-cam.com/video/yAArCVyG_F0/v-deo.html
Does that mean if I go to the UK as a dependent I can apply to MMA and get a sponsor?
Hello Nannelle, I watched your video and applied with an agency using South Africa as my country of residence. They’ve sent a mail to have an introductory call with me next month but my challenge is that I will be in Ghana at the time of the interview could u please give me an advice. Thank u looking forward to hearing from you.
Awww dear you shouldn’t have lied. That’s not good . I did not mean people should lie in that video. At this point when you are asked just speak the truth
