キャッサバって加工するのに、こんなに手間暇が掛かるんですね！日本で生産している所もありますが、生のキャッサバは余り身近な野菜では無いです。通販では売ってました。身近だとタピオカ🧋ですね。料理法も色々あって美味しそうですね😊
