hi im using sig200 for my sensor integration gateway. im using multi physics box from sick. im having a problem, im done scanning the sig200 when i add io connection i didn't get the value. all the value is 0. i already add the eds file. can you help me?

Hi, I'm using an Ethernet/IP scanner to communicate with a chiller but the connection times out as soon as it is established. I have played with the Sync Task duration and i have tried many other thing but I don't know what to do to it anymore...

I would recommend decrease the EIP cycle time to 20ms or even 50ms for the test. Does the chiller has EDS file?

It's without EDS. I have tried what you have suggested with no success. I'm in contact with HMS support, they believe that the chiller company used the wrong gateway for the communication...

Great sample, Is it possible to use Ethercat Master software for TwinCAT 3 on our laptop? I did on my laptop, TwinCAT does show error when building and running, but It does not get data from EthernetIP adapter too

Thanks for watching! Yes, you can use your laptop for the test, but your ethernet adapter in your laptop MUST BE INTERL chipset. In addition, have you set the Ethernet Card successfully? as shown 10:20 in the video.

@@electricalautomation thank you but I mean the communication between 2 Beckhoff PLCs with ethernet IP. I created a scanner as shown in this video and then created an adapter but it is not working ( with Allan Bradley it is easy but to do the communication between 2 beckhoff PLCs it seems impossible)
