The human eye can't realistically react to speeds effectively past 200 or so "frames" we obviously don't perceive the world in frames at all but anything past 200 is pretty much placebo

I use a 240 Hz monitor currently, but I tried a roommate's 360 Hz and it felt unreal. Even if you aren't seeing every frame, your inputs will be smoother and you'll have more precise control over micro-adjustments
