I have been a faithful Christian for decades. I tithed faithfully for years. We still had chronic financial difficulties for years. Then my pastor taught us that if we were under the law we were under a curse and that tithing was not in the NT (generous giving IS.) I brought it before God and experimented with just letting Him lead us in giving. The MINUTE I did that we started being financially blessed. The issue is not tithing. The issue is obeying God as He leads us-and that also means not giving under compulsion-because the BIBLE says not to give under compulsion. If you want to be blessed, obey God. Period. (and also-the OT tithe was also their tax system. Ahem. Actually study the whole Scripture. )
I want to add that there are times when we gave MORE than ten percent, and times when God lead us to give less-but we also gave of our time and effort. This is not an excuse to be stingy with God-but to think that you automatically won't have financial issues if you tithe is not true. And it hurts me to see that taught because so many people who are struggling are taught that. God wants us to give as we are able, and He wants us to trust Him. He will show us if we let Him.

Многие думают, что проклятия сами разрушаются, и бесы сами уходят,- это обман. Должна быть первая молитва покаяния с исповеданием тяжких грехов : обращение к колдунам, гадалкам и вызывание домового. I'm a diligent tither and read a statement once: "If you earn more money, don't up your living but up your giving". I felt challenged by it and started doing it. I don't have lack, instead I have enough to even bless others! It's true...to give is more blessed than to receive!

Dude, Jesus is the tithe, as paid on your behalf by God the Father Himself. The blessing of the new covenant depends on you believing Jesus IS THE TITHE. Don't act like you don't know that. The spiritual blessing comes from your faith in a spiritual offering, and that offering is Christ. Do you realize the reason why Christians have never inherited the spiritual promises is because they are still preaching nonsense that you just preached? I thought you were smarter than this.
