Thank you so much James for your videos! You are a fantastic teacher, I have learned so much about drawing faces and using high lights and shadows! Love your work❤️🥰
I've only recently found you and been art journalling for a couple of months so this is so inspirational and think I would like to tackle faces but didn't know where to begin. This has helped immensely thanks so much for sharing your creativity! 😁😆❤
I love your creative flair, I will be incorporating your ideas. I 'm going to do a flip chart as well. Each design is unique and takes on a new life . I'm glad I have all the stamps. Thanks for sharing. I will be following you for more ideas.
Thank you so much! I agree with someone down below that I can now buy Jane's stamps and now worry that I'll just be copying her work. Can't wait to begin. Again thanks for the invitation to fun.
So, the two things from the line that I didn't think I needed were the inkredible pen and the stamps...um, you just changed my mind. I love how you showed the versatility of the stamps and how much fun you could have with them. Thanks for the great video.
fantastic tutorial. as someone that can not draw, I absolutely love this. your faces look so completely different that I can't wait to try using your techniques. putting a practice book together for this. Thank you so much for sharing this.
No worries! I love cutting out the boring first step of sketching and watching my symmetry and getting proportions right. I mean, sometimes I enjoy it, but other times I just want to get right into the fun decorating part! :D
James Burke After watching your tutorials, I found a coloring book with all these cool looking ladies. I'm going to try some of your techniques on them.
Thanks for sharing! I bought these stamps a while ago and now I will definitely try them. Love your videos and glad that I found your channel! You are a joy to listen to and a great teacher and I love your accent! Thanks again!
James my love amaze, you made it look so easy... love all the ideas.. so beautiful you did all of Jane's products a huge honor.. and you inspired me to do so much more with my supplies.. thanks so much an absolute joy to watch..
wonderful, I learned so much. I try to map out the faces, but am never happy with the placement, you showed me I can vary them a bit, and it will still look great, thanks
James thanks for showing use of this stamp set I bought it and just thought afterwards that I didn't know how to incorporate them into my own work , awesome video! I'm glad I found your channel!

I've just discovered your channel and I love it. I'm not good at adding hair to this stamp but you have given me a start. Thanks, can't wait to vie your other video. I wish I could get your chart.
I've been hesitant to get these stamps, because I haven't been sure how I would actually use them. You really illustrate how versatile they are! I love what you've done. Very inspirational. I always enjoy your videos!! :)
This is SUCH a great video!!! So educational and inspiring! I have been stuck on how to get myself from beginner to more advanced and you explained it in a way that seems so much more achievable!!!! Thank you James!!!
i'm so happy to have stumbled onto your site. i learned a lot just from this 1st video. i've purchased the stamps & a new mixed media journal to use them in.
I just got this stamp set. Thanks for the great ideas. I actually snipped all the eyes to separate them and also snipped out the eyebrows so I can place them how I want and have even more possibilities.
James, I love your work. What are the dimensions of the project? I see you have measured out squares but how big is the card stock and how big are the squares? Thanks for videos and I am looking forward to the challenge.
SO I use the POSCA white paint pen in 0.7mm (thats my all time favourite!) and I also use a sakura gellyroll, and a Derwent graphik (which is nice, but overflows a bit... its a little messy).
have you shown all or some of the pages of "the book" looked but it only shows a few views if not can you maybe make a video and if yes can you share the link thanks James , deb
I love this tutorial!!! Your style is wonderful and whimsey. 💖💖💖 I just got the stamps and this gives me so many ideas of how to use them. I want to make my own little practice journal. What paper did you use. It takes water & water based mediums so well. Thanks!
