He didn't get nerfed, his s3 did damage based off of enemy hp when you awakened it but your missing hp before awakening. They changed him to do his missing hp either way turning him into a krauron
Qustion when do i know if the hero need flat attack or %attack gears, for example if his attack is 500 dose he need flat or %attack, sorry for bad grammer

Sven proc can trigger only once per turn, unlike coli, when she has stealth, it would trigger always even on dust devil
