Cello & Flute - Adagio [old work]

After a bit of exploring with solo instruments I decided to write something for 2 voices, a cello and a flute. This is the result, an adagio in E minor.

It bugs me, it keeps bugging me... the way these instruments sounds. You might as well have orchestrated it for a pipe organ, with those perfectly sustained notes and too perfectly equal volume. The flute does not breathe, the cello has an infinitely long bow...
I know, not your fault, you wrote the music and presumably plugged it into a sound program, but... no, really, it bugs me.

I regret to hear that ofc, but I understand. Maybe some day people will see through it and give it a performance? I don’t have the means and connections to put out an excellent audio format for each of my works, you have to consider that, nor do I want this to sound as a pipe organ, it was not intended that way.
