8k does videos right…gorgeous HDR, superb videography, interesting subjects and vistas with beautiful music scores and an LFE soundtrack. My 11.4 Atmos system and LG OLED never looked and sounded so good. Thank you for creating such an immersive experience!

All I can say is WOW. I just got a LG C2 OLED tv and this video is just what I needed.
If you *really* want to be blown away. Open this video a second time in a browser that doesn't support HDR (like Firefox), put them side-by-side and prepare to be blown away. SDR is so dull and washed-out by comparison, even on an OLED. Videos like this are what convinced me to switch from Firefox to a Chromium-based browser until Mozilla gets their act together.

Looks good, but why state its 12k or even 8k when youtube will only allow a max of 4k.
UA-cam allows up to 8K 60fps on compatible devices.
Once they support 12K we basically future proofed our videos.

Sadly, when you watch this video on an Apple TV 4K, the youtube app only see 2K (1440p) and no HDR. That's not your fault, it's the UA-cam app that is badly coded, but it's quite sad to not be able to watch it at a better potential (and with HDR).
Whatt, I didn't know that. I thought that almost every Smart TV should be able to play HDR and at least 4k.
