I Love working for AirPro. After 32 years in the Automotive repair industry I had gotten tired of the struggle and wondering from week to week about my hours. Having to work 57 hours a week just to bring home 40, late nights, early mornings, working every Saturday just to make my bills, unappreciative bosses, shrinking labor times, hot shops, cold shops you know what I am talking about. I could go on for a week. Working here I can use all the knowledge I have learned and give my hands and back a break. Are you tired of the beat downs? Give AirPro a shot. The day I came to work here the first tech I met asked me if it was my first day? I said yes, he tells me "You wont regret the decision, Best one he had ever made" he was right. I am no longer The "Angry Mechanic". Check us out.

Do you guys test for THC in Nj? Of course not on the job but just wondering? I’m a mechanic technician for a year and 6 months. My boss doesn’t pay me well and I know how much I’m worth. I work in the heat and cold and I don’t give up on any job because I’m American/Mexican and we never quit! I found out the shop near by pays a guy $500 a week. He has 0 experience (his coworker and I are good friends). Then my boss pays me $300 every week, even when I do more jobs though out the week. Do you guys think it’s fair?

Nah, bro he using you. The other guy must be family or a good friend. Because he looking out fir him, I suggest that you seek new employment. Once you secure a new position, just leave. Don't even mention it , but make sure it what you wanna do. Don't need any regrets.
