Got my boots then the sales guy said I know your getting a Canada goose very popular, but I have a couple of jackets that would really suit you. I left with a brand I never heard of before had to ask the wee brother if he’d heard of the brand. He says yes good brand. Let me say I have 2 types of arthritis degenerative disc disease. So the cold is not my friend. So I paid £225 for a Jack wolfskin great quality and it’s not failed me yet it’s like walking around in a big cloud best jacket I’ve ever bought for a fraction of the price. I’m comfortable but that doesn’t stop me bargain hunting with this winter jacket I got more than expected. I will buy a Canada Goose next time because I love the way their jackets look.

It only applies to defects. I've gone through hell trying to put a claim in for a defect that even the sales associate acknowledged was their fault. Moncler provides much better customer service.
Because of inflation, Canada Goose is keeping up. Because Moncler is not moving, it is losing value. That is the reason for the price change differential. Nothing more than that.

i wear both moncler and a goose and i have to say in my opinion goose feels way better made and i prefer the look of it too, however the shiny “bin bag” look of moncler products is also quite good looking, but if it was a really cold day out i’d definitely wear a goose coat or jacket only thing wrong with them is that you become a target for people trying to rob you, especially in a big city in the UK like where I live not too long ago i had about 8 guys try to rob my goose outside a supermarket in broad daylight, only thing that saved me was someone i know who also knew them which basically saved me a sizeable dent in my wallet to get a new one the world we live in
If you don't need the warmth and just want style then Moncler. But for practicality and longevity 100% Canada Goose, plus there's some really nice Canada Gooses!
Where I'm from, Toronto Canada, I see too many people with Canada Goose, it makes me feel like if I do get one, I'm just blending in with the crowd. I don't see much people wearing moncler. My moncler long jacket feels so good. It's either Canada Goose or North Face that I see so often.
I walk in downtown Toronto, therefore Canada Goose 100%. I can't imagine walking my dogs 3 to 4 times a day in -10-20 Celsius without my kensington parka with the fur wicking away the freezing bite of cold from my face. The coats are produced in Canada as well and incredibly good quality. Moncler just looks like puffy flex with very little function.
This, they are water resistant. There are a few models that are water proof but a majority are resistant only. Better cheaper alternatives if you live somewhere it rains frequently.
I got a Canada goose 3 ago but only wore for one winter as it was just too warm. So I gave it to my son who lives in New Hampshire and gets harsh winters and he loves it.
Canada goose for practical reasons. Moncler for a fashion statement. I will stick with my poor Michael Kors coat 😅
