Cam Ward has the best mix of “it” factor and polish so far imo. Milroe still has the highest ceiling. Ewers I believe can thrive with the right coaching and situation. Garrett Nussmeier is rising.
Packers could still go OL with Josh Myers being a free agent. They also could go CB since they did not pick up the 5th year option on Eric Stokes. Even a pass rusher could be an option with Preston Smith getting older.

Unfortunately most of our contracts don't make the Dolphins an easy team to just pull the plug on. I think the Dolphins are better suited to bring in a veteran at QB until the Tua situation is figured out. This team is built financially to be contenders now so we are kind of stuck right now.

The Dolphins don't have a lot of contracts they can move on from without significant dead cap. It isn't plausible to move pieces on this roster willy nilly. Nobody is trading for Tua either...I mean why would they? This isn't the QB class to replace your franchise QB whose future is unclear. For every rookie QB success story there is there are five more that didn't work out. It just doesn't make sense until that situation is resolved. You are also talking about moving on from a head coach in Mike McDaniel who has been a winning since he got here. That isn't likely. There won't be a new regime in place for Miami after the season.

Depends on how Levis' play averages out over the course of the year. The offensive line has definitely made things harder on him, and he still has moments of elite play every week, and also truly memorizingly stupid decisions. I could see them doing what the bears did last year. Trade back from #1 for a haul, give Levis one more chance in '25.

Sacks doesn't mean good pass rusher. For instance Dante Fowler was paid like an elite pass rusher despite a poor win rate and playing with a stellar cast. Williams cast is great and his win rate is 5%.
