What is the differences between Actions? I have a worker, and he takes the part and left the part to drying area then goes for another part. But he waits the other part's polishing process. Which action should I choose?
I have never done anything like that. Many of the videos I posted I learned by following the help step by step, trial, and error. The help files in Arena are not 100% accurate but they are very helpful.

That depends on how you are controlling the flow of the parts. Is it random? Is it sequence-dependent? One can be controlled with a Decide block, for the other, you would need Sequence definition.
