I wish more people got into standups... been riding for 15 years now. They are some of the best bang for the buck as far as a hobby goes and it's one of the safer of the bunch when it comes to motorsports. For less than the price of a new 250 dirtbike you can flatwater flip and barrel roll a ski with practice.
@two-stroketv3663 we need more people like you! More people making videos on the sports. It will definitely blow up eventually such a wicked machine. Especially flatwater skis.
Really appreciate you posting this full and honest video. I picked up a havoc and have one season in starting my second. I have a helmet now, and was thinking of starting to try to spin and flip. I'm self taught and saw this video hoping to see a progression. Instead its a good warning and reminder of the risks. Very sorry Dan got hurt, would love to hear an update that he's better
That’s awesome man I was all self taught in the beginning as well. Trying flips on a stock Krash. Ya he was all good just a little bruised up. The biggest thing is just to hang on to the ski and not bail. If you hang on it’s a relatively safe thing to try. It’s when you let go that the ski can land in your or you on it.
Oh I’m gettin one 😁😁🤘🏽 and I seen each time you did it you made a turn first to make the big enough wave to flip but hopefully he’s chillin and gets back out there he was close just needed some little touches
You gotta cut the music when the motor starts. Or at least duck it down ~20 dB temporarily. Unfortunate color scheme on that thing. Looks like a solid setup otherwise. Maybe that's why the price was good? lol
I haven’t personally but I have rode the old js550 and 650s. Are you asking about just an older stand up or an older stand up capable of backflipping? Hard to get anything to backflip for under 10k
Gotta say that is the Gayist paint job I've ever seen ! No wonder it has so few hours, Hall of shame, participation award material LOL ! My ride is the 94 FX1. Great flip presentation, in all in all.

Right! That’s awesome ya I really wish stand ups would make a comeback. Working on promoting it!
I wish I could, I'm learning more about them so I'll know what to buy.
More people need to ride stand ups!!
Preach!!!! I thinking they make a come back here shortly

Haha ya color scheme was rough probably why no one wanted it. Appreciate the feedback!
I will say idc who you are this shit is harder then it looks. I can ride standups but backfliping on a monster like this is fucking hard haha😂
Haha definitely next level!
Have you ever bout a cheaper older one

🤣🤣🤣ya paint job was not ideal. Appreciate it
it would be allot easier to get into the sport if they didn't cost so much lol
That’s the problem!
