Rumble has great mobility and range, but considering that stuns and combo extending are the 2 most important things in blox fruits pvp, ice is simply better as no fruit comes close to it in those 2 categories.
ice is not the best but it stand in top 10. If rumble user solo with ice user, Rumble's F agility makes Ice V can't even touch, just go sky and do X move really fast, ice users can only cry. Ice can't be better than dark rumble or dough. Portal also a really good fruit to counter ice users with it's X move. Just do it and jump to the sky and do insane combo with sword.
i also used ice so much and i see it has so much weakness such as the dmg, and air camp counter is really low. Now i changed to portal and see that's much better at PvP. I agree that ice is strong but i think it's not the best. Best pvp is rumble portal kitsune or dough
